Cons:

Chambre petite ne correspondant pas du tout aux photo. Poignée de fenêtre HS, poignée de la SDB très dure et porte qui grince énormément, robinetterie très dure... Malgré le "ne pas déranger" sur la porte, le personnel rentre dans la chambre pour faire le ménage. Deux alarmes incendie en 4 nuits causées par de la vapeur de douche dans les chambres...

Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet Bademäntel, alles vorhanden und auch ein Safe für Wertsachen. Zentrale optimale Lage in der fußgängerzone gelegen mit wenig Verkehr, wenige Meter entfernt eine Bank, der Bahnhof in der Querstraße 5 Minuten zu Fuß gegenüber, Monoprix zum Einkaufen von Lebensmitteln Bekleidung und vielem mehr, im Erdgeschoss und ersten Stock, war auch nur 2 Minuten entfernt, viele kleine Läden, Restaurants und Imbissläden in der Umgebung. Und bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Eine Dame allerdings, ziemlich kräftig gebaut, kurzhaarig mit rundem Gesicht, ca 25 Jahre, mit tätowierten Armen und gepierct. Sie war bei Antworten auf Fragen "sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig". Wenn ihr die Fragen irgendwie nicht passten, fragte sie: "geht es ihnen gut", statt die Frage zu beantworten. Und ihre ganze Art und Haltung wirkte extrem desinteressiert an ihren Job, in meinen Augen...!

Ansonsten war das Personal dort ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Speziell ein sehr großer, ca. 60 Jahre alter, farbiger Mann war hilfsbereit sowie auch ein ausgesprochen zierlicher, kleiner junger Mann, Mitte 20 an der Rezeption mit schwarzen gelockten Haaren und kleinen Creolenohrringen. Besonders dieser junge Mann kümmerte sich ausgesprochen intensiv um alle Gäste aber ohne aufdringlich zu sein oder "gespielt" zu wirken. Man merkte ihm an, daß ihm sein Job Freude bereitete und den Umgang mit unterschiedlichsten Gästen. Seine Art mit Menschen umzugehen wirkte nicht "einstudiert" und seine Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft, wenn notwendig, echt. Und da ich ja am 19. Dezember dort im Hotel eingetroffen und bis zum 30 Dezember geblieben bin, wollte ich auch noch den liebevoll geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum im Foyer sowie den großen Blumenstrauß auf der Theke der Rezeption erwähnen, der einen unglaublich betörenden Duft im ganzen Raum verströmte.

Cons:

Das einzig Negative wogegen das Hotel allerdings nichts machen kann, waren die Abluftschläuche und Einrichtungen der umliegenden Restaurants im Hinterhof, die mit Hähnchenduft und Marinade ab und zu tagsüber die Luft verpesteten, wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hatte. Ich habe dann einfach das Fenster in der Zeit in der diese Anlagen liefen zugemacht und später wieder bei Bedarf geöffnet. War auch kein großes Problem.
