Très bon emplacement, très près de la gare , proche du centre ville , palais des festivals, de la mer .
La politique de l'hôtel très arrangeante , on vous garde les bagages après le check out

The long and short the price-quality is okay, the hotel smells good, however the cleaness can be improved.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is facing the Cannes railway station and its basically located some steps away from the old center. You can move very easily everywhere. The staff was helpful and kind, during the night I had a problem and they imidiattely changed my room and refunded me the next morning.

Cons:

Had a small problem with a bug during the night in one room. But the staff members took initiative and provided assistance right away.

Établissement vieillot, chambre très étroite et climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, propreté limite.

Cons:

Climatisation, propreté absence de parking sauf un parking privé à 500 m très cher, 21 € pour la nuit ce qui aggrave le prix de l'hébergement !!! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel ! Sauf le personnel agréable.

Déception
Pros:

Problème de climatisation, dernier étage donc le repos était court.
L’hôtel ne m’a proposé de changer de chambre alors qu’il savait que je travaillais et que que j’avais pris une chambre pour avoir la climatisation pour me reposer
