Posizione molto centrale senza dubbio. A livello di servizi interni potrebbe essere ammodernata un po' (magari il bagno). Aria condizionata funzionante, letto comodo. Personale davvero molto accogliente e disponibile

Pros:

Location was very convenient, 5 min from train station where you can find bus stops and various places to eat.
We could leave our luggage prior checking in.
We had a spacious place– a bedroom and a small sitting room. TV set in each room. Air-condition worked well. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

Wi fi had some issues. Only a couple of plugs totally in both rooms . Bad smell in the bathroom due to lack of ventilation. Soap/shampoo were not provided. No fridge,

Pros:

Great room and super super central, close to the beach and shops, with lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean and bright, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing of note was that the toilet was right beside the door so you have to sit on it sideways if the door is shut.

Literie confortable, personnel sympathique, bien situé

Cons:

Mal insonorisé on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs et les chambres voisines, salle de bain étroite (presque pas d’espace entre les toilettes et la porte) et robinetterie mal fixée

Excellent stay next to all necessities, boulangerie, market, grocery store, Croisette Beach!
Pros:

Great location, clean and cozy rooms, pleasant owner, and very affordable price. I would recommend it if you would like to be close to the sea, train station, grocery store, market with fresh fruits and working air conditioner (must-have during heat wave)! 5-minute walk to almost anything you need.

Cons:

Lack of the fridge, but it was not mentioned in the booking information. So it is more like a recommendation to add one.
