Pros:

L'accueil chaleureux, le personnel serviable.
L'emplacement parfait a 6 min de la gare et de la croisette, toutes les commodités (restaurants, super marché, marché, boulangerie....)
Climatisé, propre ( changement de serviette et ménage quotidien)

Disappointed
Pros:

Location was pretty good, 5 min walk from the beach, plenty of grocery stores and near the railway station. Had air conditioning and hairdryer.

Cons:

We had an unpleasant experience, the TV literally fell off the wall at 3 am, right on my luggage. Luckily, there wasn't someone right there or something valuable. The real problem was the staff, which first accused us instead of saying sorry and they didn't even seem to care about us or our things. Great location in the city but awful service from the receptionists.

Le lavabo qui fuyait avec une odeur nauséabonde
J ai eu beau transmettre l info, aucune solution n a été apportée : ni discount, ni changement de chambre, ni vidange et nettoyage du siphon.

Очень приятный персонал! Мужчина и девушка на ресепшен очень доброжелательные! Удобное местоположение! Пребывание в отеле очень понравилось 10/10.

Pros:

La ubicación, bastante céntrico.
El personal muy amable intentando entendernos en todo momento.

Cons:

Baño oscuro y sin enchufe Y ducha bastante pequeña.
Mobiliario bastante descuidado y sin enchufes al lado de la cama.
La ventana de la habitación daba a una terraza interior compartida con mas habitaciones, por lo que no es nada seguro dormir con la ventana abierta.
No tiene parking y el estacionamiento por la zona es complicado.

L'Appia Hotel est très bien situé, propose un bon rapport qualité-prix et offre un accueil

L'accueil du propriétaire , l'hygiène , pas chère , la comprehension du propriétaire ,

Cons:

Ils ont une approche remarquable avec les clients, un réel intérêt qui fait toute la différence. J'ai particulièrement apprécié leur sens du service : ils m'ont offert de l'eau et du thé chaque soir, des attentions qui n'étaient pourtant pas incluses dans le tarif, mais qui témoignent d'une véritable courtoisie.

На одну ніч , враховуючи розташування- цілком може бути

В цілому достатньо чисто та дійсно дуже зручне розміщення готелю

Cons:

Нажаль, кондиціонером користуватися неможливо. Після включення починається жуткий неприємний запах застарілості. Мабуть, фільтри не чистили кілька років. Довелось одразу вимкнути, тому що запах був настільки сильним , что викликав головний біль та нудоту. То ж довелось спати з відкритим вікном , за яким всю ніч був шум.
