Malgré ces points, cela reste un bon choix pour un court séjour grâce à son emplacement et son rapport qualité-prix.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix, emplacement idéal en plein centre de Cannes avec accès direct à la Croisette, personnel agréable et service de qualité, petit-déjeuner appréciable ; l’hôtel est propre (ce qui était essentiel pour moi), malgré des chambres assez petites et un peu de bruit la nuit à cause des bars et restaurants en bas, je recommande.

Le principal inconvénient est le bruit, surtout la nuit à cause des bars et restaurants en bas ; de plus, une odeur chimique assez forte était présente dans le couloir. Les chambres sont également très petites.

Helt fantastisk beliggenhed centralt i Cannes til en meget favorabel pris. Værelset (og badeværelset) er lille, men helt fair til den pris . Sengen var behagelig og vinduerne nær lydtætte, sov rigtig godt her (bruger dog ørepropper). Havde mod højre direkte kig til strandpromenaden og Middelhavet 🤩Personalet var utroligt søde og hjælpsomme. Anbefaler til alle, der rejser på budget❤️

The location and staff are perfect, but the hotel needs renovation.

The location is perfect! Everything is close to the hotel. The beach is just a 2-minute walk, and the station is a 10-minute walk. It is located on a pedestrian street, so there is no traffic.

The hotel needs renovation. Most of the equipment is very old and damaged. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom.

Pas de toilette commun dans l'hôtel (lorsque vous avez rendu la chambre), obligé d'aller dans le restaurant en bas de l'hôtel pour aller aux toilettes, mais le restaurants est fermé le dimanche!
Le petit déjeuner est servi au restaurant, mais donc pas le dimanche, avec obligation de le prendre dans la chambre qui est exigüe et sans table!

Finger weg von diesem Hotel, bis dringend umfassend renoviert wurde!
Pros:

Das Frühstück bestand aus einem Viertel Baguette, einem Croissant, einem Kaffee und einem Orangensaft – nicht mehr. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man beruflich bei den Filmfestspielen zu tun hat. Allerdings ist es dafür bis morgens um 4 Uhr unerträglich laut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist schlichtweg miserabel. Das Zimmer war so winzig, dass man sich kaum umdrehen konnte – und ich bin zum Glück eine zierliche Person. Für jemanden mit 1,90 m Körpergröße und 90 kg Gewicht dürfte es nahezu unmöglich sein, sich dort überhaupt zu bewegen. Nachdem in meinem ersten Zimmer das Wasser in der Dusche nicht ablief und mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass eine Reparatur frühestens am nächsten Tag möglich sei, musste ich sogar in ein noch kleineres Zimmer umziehen.

Auch dort war die Situation alles andere als zufriedenstellend: Es gab lediglich eine einzige Steckdose, sodass mir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal immerhin mit einer Mehrfachsteckdose aushelfen konnte. An dieser Stelle ein Lob an das Personal – das war tatsächlich der einzige Lichtblick meines Aufenthalts.

Das Hotel selbst ist jedoch dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Solche Missstände wären in Deutschland ein klarer Fall für eine Anzeige – in Frankreich überlasse ich das den Einheimischen. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht weiterempfehlen und werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen, erst recht nicht während der Filmfestspiele. Leider war ich aus beruflichen Gründen gezwungen, hier zu übernachten.

Fazit: Finger weg von diesem Hotel, bis dringend umfassend renoviert wurde!
