Très déçue entre les photos de l’annonce et la réalité, ainsi que par le manque de propreté.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est pratique pour profiter de Cannes. La situation géographique reste le principal point positif de mon séjour.

Cons:

La chambre ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos présentées et se trouvait dans un bâtiment en face de l’hôtel, très vétuste. La propreté était particulièrement décevante, notamment les toilettes : joints noircis, tartre, traces de saleté et manque évident d’entretien.

Perfect summer holiday
Pros:

The location of the hotel is about 200 meters from the beach. The rooms are big enough and clean. All days have been checked and cleaned accurately. Our room was very quiet and we spent some of the afternoons relaxing.

Cons:

Nothing. Missing fridge, but actually wasn’t too bad.

Pros:

Great hotel with an excellent location. Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was excellent. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place. Best location and super helpful staff.
Pros:

We loved the location and the staff. The hotel is in the middle of everything you want in Cannes. The staff was always helpful and happy to do the extra mile to help with any of our needs. Top.

Cons:

Being in a central location comes with its noise inconveniences. A popular restaurant in front will make you feel part of the party, luckily it does not extend too much into the morning.
Thin doors in bathrooms should be banned from hotels... style over function...

Très bon séjour à Cannes.
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant. Nous avons apprécié l'aide apportée pour se garer devant l'hôtel etc. Les vienoiseries au petit déjeuner sont très bonnes. En revanche nous aurions apprécié du salé (œufs).

Cons:

C'est très animé le soir (boîte de nuit). Très peu voire aucune insonorisation.
Autre point, il n'y a aucune fenêtre (pas forcément explicite dans l'annonce).

Cons:

Posh restaurant downstairs with loud music till 2 am. If you really want to sleep at night, that's impossible. Room "has seen life", needs renovation. There was an espresso machine but no coffee or tea in the room.
