En un mot : Saisissant !
Pros:

J’ai vraiment apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, la bienveillance et le professionnalisme du personnel. Ce fut l’un des moments les plus agréables de mon séjour. Les couleurs chaudes, alliées à l’ambiance positive qui règne dans l’établissement, ont fait de ce séjour un véritable plaisir, placé sous le signe de l’identité cannoise.

De plus, la proximité de la gare SNCF, de la Croisette et du cœur du centre-ville fait de cet établissement un endroit idéal pour profiter pleinement de Cannes.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil !

Honnêtement, je n’ai pas de remarque négative particulière à formuler concernant mon séjour. L’ambiance élégante sans être guindée, dans un cadre à la fois chaleureux et soigné, a contribué à en faire une expérience de grande qualité.

Le personnel possède un véritable sens de la relation client, avec beaucoup d’attention, de précision et de professionnalisme. Le rapport qualité-prix me paraît par ailleurs pleinement justifié au regard du niveau de service proposé.

En définitive, c’est une adresse que je recommande très fortement et dans laquelle je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione dell’hotel che è centrale si raggiunge facilmente a piedi il centro e il mare poi il personale è gentile e ti dà dei consigli sui posti da visitare

Niente, mi è piaciuto tutto ma si potrebbe migliorare la copertura del wi fi perché il mio telefono dalla mia camera non trovava il wi fi del hotel

Pas mal pour dormir car chambre étroite

L’emplacement au centre , pas loin de la Croisette et pas loin de la gare et le centre
Le personnel était sympa aussi

Cons:

Un seul bémol c’est que le sol de la chambre n’était pas propre , je pense même en passant l’aspirateur ce n’est pas suffisant

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 5 giorni e la nostra esperienza è stata davvero perfetta.
Fin dal nostro arrivo Marcello ci ha accolti con grande disponibilità, dandoci subito tanti consigli utili per organizzare il nostro itinerario e per muoverci senza problemi a Cannes.
L’alloggio era esattamente come descritto: curato, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario. Ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa fin dal primo momento. Inoltre, per qualsiasi piccola esigenza o problema, Marcello si è sempre reso disponibile e ha risolto tutto in tempi brevissimi.
Una persona davvero gentile, disponibile e attenta ai suoi ospiti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremmo sicuramente. Assolutamente consigliato, soprattutto per una coppia!
