The staff were my favourite.
The bedroom cleaning was not great. Cobwebs in the room and also the bathroom was not cleaned well

The reception looked grubby. There were stains on the sheets, the shower did not have proper drainage or enclosure. And the pillows were hard

Hotellet virket slitt og dårlig vedlikeholdt sammenliknet med bildene som presenteres. Fall til sluk i dusjen gikk feil vei, knagger hang og slang.. I det hele tatt vesentlig dårligere inntrykk enn forventet.
Frokosten på hotellet var slett, og vi ble henvist til søsterhotellet 250 meter bort i gaten. Den var ok, uten å imponere.
The hotel was really close to the train station. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
The check-in time was 3pm and it is quite late. But they accepted the luggages earlier and they offered me coffee at the reception.

Soggiornato per 3 notti solo l'ultimo giorno abbiamo saputo dall'unica dello staff gentile di avere la possibilità di spostarci nell'altro loro
hotel distante 4 minuti a piedi per fare una colazione a buffet invece di contenderci le poche cose a nostra disposizione.
Alla prima colazione ho chiesto se si potevano avere delle uova ma non è stato detto niente dell'alternativa..e così neanche il giorno successivo costretti a portarci della roba comprata per fare mangiare il bambino che ha comunque pagato per la sua colazione!!

La biancheria veniva cambiata giornalmente..ma la pulizia della camera penosa abbiamo trovato sporco vomitevole segnalato al personale avrebbero dovuto agire al mattino successivo invece al nostro rientro pomeridiano abbiamo richiamato il personale per farlo rimuovere ma si sa che lo sporco secco non può essere tolto del tutto e così ci siamo accontentati del parziale.

Aucun placard pour ranger les vêtements ; absence de rideau de douche qui fait que la salle de bain est rapidement inondée; concernant le petit déjeuner : pas de thé (même après avoir demandé), on est arrivé et il n’y avait plus rien, il a fallu réclamer cuillères, couteaux, verres, du pain…pour un 4 étoiles ce n’est pas vraiment à la hauteur
The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt very secure knowing that the hotel entrance was locked at night and could only be accessed with a room key. Having a 24 hour front desk was also a big plus and gave us peace of mind.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, close to several good restaurants, and within easy walking distance of the beach. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient, and the staff was always available to answer questions or assist when needed.
The only area for improvement would be housekeeping. When we arrived, we noticed a makeup stain on the bedding and found some trash under the bed. These were minor issues, but they suggest that the room could benefit from a more thorough inspection between guests.
