We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the rooms were very nice, it's walking distance from the train station and lots of the nicer areas to wander around Zurich, and the staff were wonderful. They also had a very nice breakfast buffet.
The reception staff helped us arrange a car and when I forgot a pair of pants in my room they even arranged to mail it home to us.
Highly recommend!

O banheiro esta no meio do quarto, num modelo que parece ter sido construído posteriormente. Apesar de ter uma boa estrutura, o fato de que ao acender a luz do banheiro, o quarto inteiro se ilumina, incomoda um pouco.

One of the best hotel I have ever been. We had a wonderful experience in glockenhof. Top notch hospitality and services and very luxorious. The property itself is beyond 5 star. The room is amazing. Quality and clean. Also the Location is excellent. Near the busiest street in zurich. Very very highly recommended when travelling zurich.

The overall service standard is about average but the service of one of the staff members Devid really stands out. He is very helpful and courteous; definitely made our stay more pleasant.
The location was the best breakfast was good. Staff was middle, courteous, not really up to the mark.
