今年で3回目の宿泊となります。毎年、前もってアーリーチェックインをお願いして、可能ならと言う回答ですが、必ず準備して頂いており有難いです。スタッフの皆さんもフレンドリーで丁寧ですので、安心して泊まれます。

Lovely hotel in Zurich
Pros:

The family rooms were nicely appointed and the staff were so kind and helpful! Enjoyed our stay and it was an easy walk to the train station and more.

Cons:

All glass bathroom for the family room was an interesting surprise.

Excellent breakfast!! Top location!! I stayed also several times a few years ago!! 👍👍👍

Cons:

That we had to rush and have dinner until 9.00 PM
I can understand this for winter but for summer it doesn’t make sense since there is still daylight just before 9.00 PM! Very bad for tourists not to be able to have dinner a bit later!!!😞😞😞😞
