Not worth the money and I didn’t get the room I paid for.
Pros:

Location was great. Chocolates were a nice touch.

Cons:

I paid over $500/night for a top view deluxe room. But was on the third floor with only one window. The pictures showed 2 windows and a tub. There was only a shower. No hot water kettle for tea. Disappointing overall.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable, quiet location close to Central Station. Assistance with luggage was appreciated. I enjoyed a good selection at breakfast.

I'll stay again
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Initially we had a problem with the heating in one of the rooms, which could not be turned off. The staff then upgraded me to room without any fuss.

Very good location just 1-2min walk from Zurich main station.
