Harika bir otel , zürihin kalbinde , konum mükemmel , personel inanılmaz güleryüzlü , odalar gerçekten çok güzel ve ferah , ana cadde üstü olmasına rağman, camlar asla ses geçirmiyor , tren istasyonu 1 dk , raylı sistem tam otelin önü , alışveriş ve restoranların göbeğinde ,konsiyaj ve respsiyon herşeye yardımcı oluyor , özellikle ön büro müdürü Erhan bey , harika bir iş çıkarmış , bu arada harika bir kahvaltısı var , bundan sonra , Zürihte asla başka bir otelde kalmam .

Great hotel right next to Zurich HB
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. I arrived the hotel at 8am in the morning and the staff still allowed me to check-in. Room is spacious, clean, and tidy. Nice bed and powerful showerhead. Perfect location right next to Zurich HB.

Cons:

WiFi is sometimes unstable. Breakfast is fair, not many choices for the buffet. There are some refurbishment works in the hotel but I guess it's temporary, not a big deal. Everything else is perfect.

Pros:

Nossa primeira viagem para Zurique e acertamos em cheio em escolher esse hotel, ótima localização ao lado da estação que facilitou muito nossa locomoção, recepção muito acolhedora e simpática, quarto muito bom, não temos o que reclamar, nos hospedaríamos novamente com certeza.

В отеле шел ремонт. На сайте не указано о ремонтных работах. В коридоре строительный мусор. В номере из за ремонта не работал телефон, не работала вентиляция и в номере пыль, что говорит о не качественной уборке. Отель не перегружен жильцами но нас разместили в самом шумном крыле и на этаже с ремонтными работами.

Das Bad wurde wohl bei der "umfangreichen" Renovierung vergessen.
Abgewohnte Glastrennwand an der Badewanne mit kaputter Gummidichtung, billigster Toilettendeckel.
