Cons:

Intr-o zi nu s-a facut curatenie pana la ora 15,30, iar plata se face cu anticipatie la intrarea in hotel ceea ce poate crea impresia ca nu prezinti incredere sau ... !!!!

Overpriced and decrepit old hotel
Pros:

This hotel plays that old game of bait and switch. All Rooms are advertised as having Air-Conditioning, but some rooms' AC don't work. After informing staff our room's AC did not work at all, they sent and set up a portable unit that vents out via opening a window using duct tubing with a Velcro, double sticky tape contraption. Looks like they have these unit in reserve and ready to hook up already. Unit doesn't really cool, it's like a fancy fan. What it does do is let in the very noisy loud sounds from various open dinning directly below the window from the closed side street and trams and street noise from hundreds of people and cars/trucks all day and night. At some time at night had to close the window to be able to try to sleep. Asked for different room and was offered one option, a less desirable and much more noisy room facing the very loud front street with loud noises and vibrations from the many Trams a few feet away, vehicles traffic and hundreds of people walking to and from main train station a block away all day and night. Second day asked for a stand fan and started leaving water bottles outside overnight to have cool water the next day - mini fridge also did not work. When I suggested a small credit, they got downright nasty and rude. Do yourself a favor, find another hotel just a little farther away and it will at least be a lot less expensive and make sure AC works.

Sehr gute Lage. Das Restaurant Hummer Bar sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage nahe am Bahnhof war super (ich bin Bahnreisender). Das Zimmer war schön und ruhig (Gute Schallisolation bei den Fenstern) Guter Schlafkomfort.

Cons:

Für CHF 500..- pro Nacht einfache Einrichtung, leerer Kühlschrank.
