Most disappointing of all my travels in past 10 years
Pros:

The location is perfect - right in front of Zurich central station and in the heart of Zurich cultural centre. Staff at hotel was very courteous and helping, both the Wang staff and the front desk officer at night duty were very polite and understanding

Cons:

The hotel infrastructure is run down and not well kept. The hotel already reported that its sauna and spa were out of order, but the most surprising and shocking experience was that the air conditioning was also not functional

Excellent séjour, hôtel parfait!!
Pros:

L’accueil de tout le personnel très cordiale et sympathique. La chambre belle, spacieuse et très propre. Petit déjeuner copieux , très bien assorti et surtout d’excellente qualité, il faut se méfier des croissants, trop bons, une tuerie!!L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, tout est à proximité. Un mot particulier et un grand merci al signor Gerardo qui a été d’une gentillesse exquise, merci pour sa disponibilité et sympathie, il s’est mit à notre totale disposition pour toutes demandes ou désirs! Ce sera désormais notre hôtel pendant nos séjours à Zürich, je ne peux que le recommander!

Marvellous stay...
Pros:

The Hotel is located at the heart of the city. Our room was spacious, recently renovated and well designed. The breakfast buffet was very tasteful and rich.. All the staff, especially Mr Erhan, was very helpful. As a result, our stay was beyond our expectations and we will definitely be back.
