Great location and nice rooms.
Check in process was a hot mess. We booked a room with 2 beds and the first room we got didn’t have 2 beds. So we had to schlep downstairs with all of our stuff to request another room. And then it happened 2 more times. Ultimately they put us in a room that allowed for a cot… not ideal. The entire production was tiring and took an hour which ate into the very limited time we had in Zurich. The staff was nice but I’m not sure why it was such a struggle to figure out which rooms had 2 beds and which didn’t.

Lovely room overlooking the ever-busy Bahnhofstrasse, yet thouroughly quiet. Best room standard for a Swiss four-star, modern design in relaxing beige. The design of the room much superior to that of the lobby and hallways.
Two special mentions: one for the super comfortable bedding, the other for the varied options of indirect lighting available to suit mood and time of day.
Last but not least, friendly and helpful staff.

arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and was honestly expecting a quiet, routine breakfast. Instead, I was welcomed by Siham Benbati, who delivered one of the most energetic, kind, and professional service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
From the moment I sat down, Siham made me feel genuinely cared for—with positive attitude, and true passion for hospitality. Despite the early hour, Siham’s energy was contagious and completely set the tone for my day.
Siham was attentive without being intrusive, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect. What could have been “just breakfast” turned into a truly memorable experience because of Siham.
This level of service reflects incredibly well on the hotel, and management should be very proud to have someone like Siham on their team. This high level of service experience is exactly why guests return.
