A lovely little hotel.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Very central.
The hotel is cozy and clean. A good atmosphere.

Cons:

The bedroom, bathroom and the breakfast room were all very small and cramped.
There was not much hot food available for breakfast. This could be improved upon.

Great stay in a perfect location.
Pros:

Fabulous friendly and helpful staff-gets 10/10 for location, a few minutes from the seafront, close to an array of restaurants, easy to get to by tram from the airport, a 10 minute walk to Nice-Ville train station and 15 minutes to the old town.
Nice courtyard to enjoy breakfast in.

Cons:

Room quite small but was hardly in it, so didn't really matter.

Le temps passe trop vite!
Pros:

Que dire de plus que je retournerai toujours la bas si je retourne passer quelque jours à Nice

Cons:

Le manque de la télécommande dans la chambre… bon en même temps il y a bien pire🤣🤣

Perfect spot to stay!
Pros:

Fab location, wonderful staff who were friendly and very helpful, nice breakfast. A great value hotel. Only downside is
very small room but wasn’t an issue as we were out sightseeing so much.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring Nice & surrounding towns. There were lots of shops & restaurants nearby which made the whole experience so much smoother. We were given a free upgrade to a balcony sea view room which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend

Fantastic would definately return
Pros:

Location for this hotel was fantastic, close to all amenities, value for money as excellent, cleanlines was really good, low noise level. Service was very good, staff were lovely and very helpful, also available 24 hours.
My only thing was the room was very small, i couil;snt get my case openend up on floor space, i would jhave preferred a larger room.
