Hotel is owned by russians.But they spak english/french. Rooms are ok. Worn but ok. Good access to the airport by tram. Reception is not 24h. But it was ok for me. Fair price. No the best one. But just ok.

I went only for a weekend stay but the hotel unfortunately didn't meet my expectations. The toilet inside didn't look as I expected, found some stains in the shower and mould in the shower walls and the water from the washbasin doesn't run properly. Couldn't fall asleep in one night due to some noises like water running from another rooms. Wi-Fi didn't work at all in my room, only in the reception and I reported to the staff and they didn't fix it. There is no 24h reception and no assistance in case if something happens, there was no phone in my room per example. Every time I was in need of something I had to go to the reception. I wouldn't reccomend this hotel and definitely I won't come back in my next trip. It's not even 3 stars hotel its wrongly rated! Plus staff aren't professional at all as I left a review in another website and their answer to my review was totally RUDE, without any manners and didn't even apologize and didn't say anything to fix the problems that I mentioned. So don't book with this "hotel"

It's my pleasure to stay there, Nice hotel, nice people, close to the city and services are near and great, I advice every one of you to visit and to stay in, you will be comfortable and happy during your stay

The building was simple and comfortable. Excellent location just 5 minutes from Promenade des Anglais and the sea and not far from the historic centre. A bus stop to the airport and to the old town is just 5 minutes’ walk. An amazing patisserie- boulangerie is just 2 minutes from the hotel and there are also supermarkets nearby. I arrived after midnight as my flight was delayed, so I got texts and calls from reception to give me directions to get into the hotel as there is no staff during the night. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful, so when I was at the hotel door, I called him and he opened the door for me remotely and asked me to pick up my room keys that were on the reception desk with a note attached to it. The room and the toilet were good and clean and so the towels. There was a small fridge in the room in case you need to keep drinks or food. The room was on the fifth floor and I really loved having a spacious balcony with a small table and a chair to relax outside in the night as the weather was really hot (not in the room as the air conditioning was very good). I have only stayed one night as my plan was to continue traveling farther so after check out I asked to leave my bag for a couple of hours and they friendly accepted this, even they gave me an entrance door key in case nobody was there when I would be back, they only asked me to leave it on the desk once I collected my bag. And Nice is an amazing city with beautiful views, great locations and delicious gastronomy to enjoy watching the amazing blue sea and not far from Monaco, Cannes or Antibes.

We stayed here on the night that France won the World Cup Final - a last minute trip - and it was exactly what we were looking for. The family room was very comfortable, very reasonably priced and just what we needed. It’s not luxury but it’s 5 mins from the seafront and all the bars and restaurants you could wish for.

Cet hôtel je le recommande car il m'est arrivée un truc de fou j'ai eu des soucis avec le transport que je devais prendre je suis arrivée à Nice vers 1h du matin. Je me suis dit que j'allais dormir dehors en faite non le directeur à attendu que j'arrive pour que je dors à l'hôtel.

Hôtel très proche de la plage (pour l'instant compliqué avec les travaux du tram) et donc de la Promenade ! Mais pas de service (accueil aimable mais minimalist) et manque d'entretien (très vieilles moquettes, clim hors service). Très bon petit déj à 30 mètres, à la boulangerie qui fournit l'hotel. Grand lit confortable, mais pas de draps assez grands, ils sont donc superposés, ce qui n'est pas agréable. Mini frigo dans un état plus qu'avancé. Quartier calme.

Für eine Nacht, reicht dieses Hotel gerade so aus. Es ist sehr heruntergekommen und abgewohnt. Ich sollte 24 Stunden im Vorwege mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufnehmen, zwecks einchecken. Leider war niemand telefonisch erreichbar. Als wir vor Ort ankamen, war der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Ein Telefon besaß er jedoch nicht. Das ein und aus checken war sehr unkompliziert und es kamen auch keine versteckten Kosten auf uns zu. Die Lage ist o. k. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man an der Promenade. Mit Fenster offen zu schlafen würde ich niemandem empfehlen, da die Straße sehr laut ist und das obwohl es eine Sackgasse ist. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Gostamos muito da localização, conforto do quarto. Muito próximo a orla marítima. Padaria, supermercado e ônibus bem próximos. Voltaria com certeza.

Good clean basic budget type hotel. Not easy to find though as it is off several side roads from the main promenade. There are a lot of road works near by due to a tram line under construction. Like any city once you have your bearings you should be OK. Nice great & vibrant city & I enjoyed my few days there.

Städningen var dålig . Receptionen oftast obemannad . Slitet och ganska ofräscht.

Great quiet hotel in convinient location.

Two multi-tasking staff, one doesn't speak or understand English.
Clean functional rooms with air conditioning; Free-Sat TV; en-suite and comfortable beds. Hotel has no bar, but the local supermarket sold nice Rose wine @ 2.80 Euro a bottle!!

The door of the hotel was locked when we arrived at 5pm. There was no light in the corridor to go to our room and it was difficult to unlock the door. It was impossible to close the door without a big noise. The hair dryer was broken. The bathroom was very small and there was no curtain to take the shower.
There was anyone before 10am for the breakfast. When we left, there was only a women speaking in russian. The communication was not easy and she made a mistake and charge us the breakfast 2 times.
