The hotel is very central to everything in Nice, my room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom area was very modern and I liked the tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast was very adequate. Staff were very helpful
I had a front room so perhaps double glaze the windows for noise outside. Was only people walking home late but this is not the hotel’s fault.

Mold in the bathroom. Cockroach 🪳 in the shower. Walls are not very clean. Definitely needs renovations too. Shower head 🚿 sprays everywhere. Breakfast ok. Good choices.

Nous avons très mal dormi à cause du bruit, à l’extérieur de l’hôtel comme à l’intérieur c’est comme si ces gens étaient dans notre chambre
Ensuite la salle de bain est minuscule et vieille, mais cela n’est pas très dérangeant. Ce qui est dérangeant c’est l’odeur d’égout h24, c’était à vomir, ensuite pas de pression dans la douche alors que nous étions au 1er et finalement le comble pendant la douche à coup d’eau glaciale puis brûlante de belles marques rouges pendant un moment
Et le comble l’immeuble à côté en démolition donc travaux dès le matins, si on entend parler les gens dehors je n’ai pas besoin d’expliquer le plaisant bruit des travaux à 8h
Tout cela pour 140€ la nuit, la France a bien changé le niveau du barème des étoiles je pense.

Oggi, in questo hotel, hanno cercato di farmi pagare la colazione due volte. L’avevo già saldata al momento del check-in con carta di credito e, fortunatamente, avevo conservato sia lo scontrino sia la ricevuta bancaria ufficiale.
Al momento della colazione, la signora mi ha presentato nuovamente il conto su un foglio, chiedendomi di pagare ancora. Una situazione davvero allucinante e inaccettabile, soprattutto nei confronti di un cliente abituale che aveva già effettuato il pagamento.
Esperienza pessima e gestione molto poco professionale.
