Great hotel in Nice
Pros:

The hotel is located near the train station. The entrance is from a very busy street. The view from the other side is of a house under construction, so nothing nice to look at. The staff are nice and helpful, nothing is a problem for them. The rooms are nice, big enough, the bathroom is small to uncomfortable. The breakfast is sufficient, has a selection and is completely enough for a few days. I recommend it, it is a nice hotel with an old historical elevator.

Sentralt. Du har alt i nærområdet. Kort vei til strand. Sentrumsnært. Fine, nyoppussede rom. Gode senger. Hyggelig personale. God enkel frokost.

Cons:

Veldig liten plass i dusj. Trangt å sitte på do. Ble fuktig på rommet. Klærne tørket ikke.

Hotel is basic at an excellent location in a good neighbourhood
Pros:

The rooms are basic as is also the breakfast with not a lot of choice. The location however is excellent at walking distance to the Promenade des Anglais and the city center such as place de Massena, the main shopping streets and the promenade du paillon with water fountains. There are some supermarkets in the neighbourhood and restaurants. The hotel is easy accessible from the international airport via the trams Line 2. Cheap tickets (Euro 1.70 for one ride) can be bought at the station Grand Arenas which is after at Terminal 1. The tram ride from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 and to Grand Arenas is free. The Travel Card named La Carte which one gets for 2 euro's when paying for the very first single ride ticket is rechargeable for next trips. The hotel is easily accessible from station Durandy: a 5 minute walk

It’s just a location!
Pros:

Great location! And kind staff!

Cons:

Did not live up to expectations regarding pictures and descriptions. The hole house is tilted and all the floors are un-leveled. You can’t walk straight and it felt like you were gonna roll out of your bed!

Cons:

Ummehtunut haju huoneessa, valmiiksi likainen pyyhe. Kylpyhuoneessa hometta, suihku ei kuivunut käynnin jälkeen, pyyhkeet eivät myöskään kuivuneet moneen päivään. Kokolattiamatto, joka likainen ja jossa hiuksia.

Prima verblijf met vriendelijk personeel en een basic kamer.
Pros:

De locatie was perfect, het bed lag ook prima en de airco werkte goed.

Cons:

De ventilatie was niet zo goed, het was de laatste nacht erg vochtig op onze kamer en de badkamer stonk best snel naar rioollucht. De kamers zijn niet heel geluiddicht, wij hebben wel kunnen slapen maar je hoort wel alles.
