We loved our stay, the room and facilities were really good. We liked the water fountain in reception and refillable carafe in our room. There were nice touches like fruit in reception and things you could borrow for on the beach.
The beds were really comfy and a good pillow selection.
It was quite noisy with sound coming from other guests. Maybe a little overpriced!

First off, there are 30 plus steps when you arrive and no one to help you with your luggage. I am on a cane, nowhere on the website does it say 30 plus steps to get to the lobby and there is no elevator. So I had to wrestle two big suitcases and two backpacks up the stairs. The room is cute, I would say kitchy on the way to hullabaloo. Not necessarily my style. There is a miniscule kitchenette which I can't believe is useful to many. That space could be used for luggage and full size closet. My suitcase was sprawled on the floor. My husband had to open his suitcase when he needed something as there was no other room available. Very little room to hang anything and the rod isn't deep enough so the hangers stick out. They asked me multiple times if I actually needed cleaning everyday, The answer is yes I'm paying $400 a night I want my room cleaned, change of towels and linens. I paid extra for a balcony, you can't see out as the chairs are too short why they don't have counter or bar stools is a mystery to me also the AC unit is out on the balcony so if the AC is running you're in a wind tunnel. The location was pretty good, although I couldn't care less about going to the gallery de Lafayette which is a half a block away. Didn't come to France to go to the mall. All in al It was okay. I wouldn't stay there again.
Our stay at the AMMI Lafayette has been phenomenal, I completely understand why it was rated 4.9 on google. Sebastian and the front desk staff are amazing and oh so hospitable. The king balcony suite was super spacious and clean. There are only 19 rooms in this mini hotel so the staff are very attentive. The design is fun and funky, very art deco-y. It’s perfectly central to all of the activities in Nice and in a great neighborhood. We will definitely be coming back here and sending all of our loved ones to this hotel!
The location was perfect. The hotel is very stylish. The room was superclean, very stylish, bed and pillows are extremly comfortable. The staff was amazing, they helped us with many things. This was my second visit to nice and i would stay there again next time.
I think the ac unit at the next balcony was noisy but ok

We stayed 3 nights in Nice and this hotel was perfect. The rooms are very small (as are all hotel rooms in Nice from my experience) but had everything needed. Hidden in a cupboard was a fridge, sink and small hob plus a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and a nespresso machine (coffee pods and milks were available free from reception). There was plenty of hanging space. There was plenty of hanging space and the beds were comfy with a choice of pillows. Air-conditioning was good. We had a lovely balcony overlooking a courtyard and it was very peaceful. It didn't get any sun which was perfect as it was so hot when we went. The hotel was about 10 mins walk from the old town and slightly less to the sea front.
Breakfast was available if required for approx 10 euros. We didn't bother as like to do our own breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay.
