El trato del personal y la ubicación.

Cons:

Poca variedad de buffet, las camas muy incómodas y sobretodo, la falta de información acerca del horario del spa en la página web de la cadena.
Según la misma, todos los huéspedes tienen acceso ilimitado a todas las instalaciones del establecimiento.
Cuando llegas allí, te informan que los niños sólo pueden acceder al spa hasta las 14 h.

Cons:

Room facilities are old and should be Replacemnt.attresses are too firm. Pillow inserts are too used, too thin.
Wc in spa areas should be cleaned, as there is blackould on the ceiling.

Das Hotel war super schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Essen war auch sehr gut.
Die Cocktails an der Bar waren lecker .

Cons:

Unser Familienzimmer war in einen Gebäude gegenüber. Der Fahrstuhl funktionierte leider nicht immer ...
Das Zimmer war schön groß. Nur die Möbel waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen , aber völlig in Ordnung.

La habitación estaba bastante bien

Cons:

El spa estaba en mal estado, no funcionaba el sauna. Falta de mantenimiento , desagües flojos, en la ducha escocesa(de dos funcionaba solo una) una manguera en vez de una ducha de mano.
El bufet de la cena muy malo, el del desayuno bastante mejor.

Das Essen und die Lage des Hotels waren einfach super.Auch das sehr freundliche Personal möchte ich hervorheben.

Cons:

Es war sehr hellhörig im Zimmer.Man hat von den Nachbarn fast jedes Wort verstanden.

Schöner Frühlingseinstieg in Paguera

Die Lage ist praktisch, das Frühstück war okay, nichts besonderes aber gut…. das Personal sehr freundlich, unser Zimmer besonders gelegen im Turm war o.k. .. relativ klein und das Bad könnte ein wenig renoviert werden.. Toilettenbrille und Duschkopf sollten überprüft und ausgewechselt werden. Die Drinks in der Bar waren sehr lecker. Fussläufig sehr gutes Restaurant - kurz die Straße Richtung Meer rechter Hand mit sehr guter Küche und sehr angenehmen Personal - La Campana👌

Modern eingerichtetes Hotel, kleine, aber komfortable Zimmer mit schönem Bad. Bequeme Betten, sehr sauber. Superfreundliches Personal, schöner Spa-Bereich. Guter Kaffee, reichhaltiges Frühstück und leckeres Abendessen.
