Hotel in zentraler Lage mit sehr nettem Personal.
Pros:

Rundum sehr nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Schöne ruhige Gartenanlage mit Pool. Auch das Spa ist ansprechend und erholsam. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen, viel frisches Obst und Gemüse. Fleisch und Fisch am Abend wird frisch zubereitet. Gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten auch für Vegetarier (Veganer).
Kurze Wege zum Strand und in den Ort.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Ort, eine Kneipe in der gleichen Straße macht viel abends Lärm. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist kaum möglich. Leider kann man weder morgens draußen frühstücken, noch abends draußen essen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand und in die Geschäfte/Restaurants. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Soviel hab ich morgens noch nie gegessen.
Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Es hapert stark an Parkplätze.

Schönes Hotel -gerne nochmals!
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, gutes und abwechslungsreiches Essen, sehr nette Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Wir hatten ein an sich schönes Turmzimmer mit Meerblick, aber durch eine benachbarte Bar abends sehr lange Lärm, daher besser anderes Zimmer wählen

Le complexe, piscine, spa..
Plage à proximité.
La réactivité du personnel à ma réclamation sur le bruit.
Restaurant.

Cons:

Première nuit dans l'annexe au dessus d'un bar à vin musical. Nous avons changé de chambre.
Eau du spa un peu fraîche.
Les draps trop courts pour faire un revers.

La ubicacion y la zona de la piscina

Cons:

No había zona infantil habilitada. Viejo y sin mantenimiento. Puerta del baño de cristal y poco practica. Mampara de ducha incomoda.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of Majorca.
Pros:

Lovely hotel very clean. The staff were so helpful and pleasantly smiling most of the time. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast is superb with a huge variety of food and local specialities to try. The bedrooms have lovely decor superb beds and pillows. Very comfortable indeed. Good night sleep on these. Very quiet hotel so good for sleeping at night. Good shower. It was my partner's birthday whilst we were there. And Alfonso the night receptionist gave her a bottle of local liqueur as a gift and a card which I thought was lovely.

And a special thank you to Matilda the receptionist who sent my passport and bag to the airport quickly when I requested it. Thank you so much Matilda for doing this. You are brilliant and I'm forever grateful 🙏😊

Good food, good staff and average location. Lack of spa facilities
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good. The staff were lovely to deal with as well. The food was mediocre and thats where the nice things end.

Cons:

However the facilities is where we got let down
For the price we paid, accomodation was pretty basic and basic room facilities. Their big selling point is having spa facilities but these were pretty much non existent and in need of a serious upgrade. The sauna was pretty in shambles and didn't even heat up in the slightest. We raised this with staff members but nothing was done whilst on our stay of several days. There was a clear division between your average low paying customers and your premium paying customer in the level of service being offered. I'd mentioned the fact we were there to celebrate a special occasion but nothing was offered or even mentioned. So don't think I'll be staying with these folks again. I've seen much nicer and better accomodation facilities in the same area and more likely to go there. The beds themselves were rock hard and were roll away beds instead of proper bed stands.
