Lovely stay
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, there was enough space in the room and bathroom was quite big.
There was air-conditioning, which was necessary on october. Location was splendid, tram station was nearby, short walk to the beach and old town.

Cons:

A small fridge in the room would have been nice, but however there was a common fridge.

J’étais en déplacement professionnel, mon seul objectif était de bien dormir. J’avais précisé que je voulais un lit double. J’ai eu deux twin beds inconfortables au possible. J’ai un torticolis depuis deux jours. Les chambres sont pas isolées de la rue ou des communs. Les bases du service ne sont pas là. Prix exhorbitant pour le niveau de service. Communs vétustes.

Ideally located hotel in Nice
Pros:

The location was excellent and walkable to most places, and with a tram station right nearby. Apparently I was upgraded to a superior room which had a large balcony (would have loved that in summer). Staff were helpful.

Cons:

The bed was quite creaky, and there was noise from the elevator and the bathroom fan.
