Location was excellent, next to train station and short walk to main parts of nice. Bed was comfy.
Room was very small so just enough room to open suitcase and bathroom could be cleaner.
Excellent location opposite the main railway station - and opposite a food version of Monoprix, great for breakfast pastries from 0700. Modest sized room but all one needed including air con, kettle - and a small balcony! Surprisingly quiet despite being on main road. Reasonable rates by Nice standards. Recommended.

Hotel's location is good. Just across the train station and on the main street of the city. You should walk for a while or need to take the tram to reach Place Massena and the shore though. Staff is good.
The standard double room is too small that I don't think it is suitable for two people. We had to upgrade to a superior room. The superior room's size is ok. However, its bathroom is too tiny that it looks like you are in upward coffin, at least for man of my size.
Très agréable séjour dans un hôtel joli et hyper-confortable ! Chambre spacieuse et très belle, position optimale. Une mention spéciale pour les réceptionnistes spécialement Thiago, qui nous a donmé des conseils précieux, et le gardien de nuit, qui a veillé à notre sécurité !
Great location, right across Nice Ville station, safe and surprisingly quiet area at night, comfy bed, nice and friendly stuff, good breakfast.
