Sympathisches, hilfsbereites Personal, sauberes Hotel in großartiger Lage.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sie waren sehr bemüht, mein Zimmer schon eine Stunde vorm offiziellen Check In Zeitpunkt fertig zu haben.

Charmante Einrichtung. In der kleinen Lobby gibt es gratis Wasser, Kaffee und Limonaden.
Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, manche Einstellungen sind für Gäste einfach gesperrt, aber das ist kein Problem. Frühstück ist nicht riesig, aber solide und absolut ausreichend.

Cons:

Tür zum Zimmer war beim Zufallen nicht einwandfrei, also rastet nicht immer ein.

Muito bem localizado, próximo a grandes lojas como Zara, Mango, HeM, Galerias Lafayette. Água, gelo e café disponíveis na recepção a qualquer hora.

Great location, well functioning air conditioning, clean rooms.

Cons:

We had two rooms for the same price: a twin and a double. Twin room was a normal size with also normal size bathroom. Double room was tiny and the bathroom was tiny two, one could only take a shower standing up vertically all the time (you can’t bend to wash your feet for example).
Breakfast was good, but coffee wasn’t.

Mixed experience: great location, but a very small room.

The location was convenient for exploring the city.

Cons:

The hotel is well located, and the staff were pleasant. However, I found the room much smaller than I expected. Overall, I don't think the value for money was very good.
