Sehr zentrales - aber lautes Hotel mit wirklich nettem Personal.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer im 1. Stock, direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum hat dermaßen "laute Türen" (Toilette und Dusche), dass - zumindest bei der Toilettentür - große Kraft aufgewendet werden muss, um beim Öffnen kein lautes "KLACK" zu erzeugen. In der Nacht sehr störend.
Beide Türen sind verzogen. Offenbar kennt man diese Tatsache. Das Zimmer nebenan dürfte dasselbe Problem haben.
Die Wände sind sehr dünn, man bekommt viel vom Nachbarzimmer mit.
In der Dusche wackelt das Duschgestänge.

Very nice.
Pros:

The rooms where good and the distance to the place of appointment could be reached by walk. Perfect for me. In addition the reception desk lady was quite friendly.

Cons:

A complicated TV search for the quickly checking news or something to relax. It took me 20 minutes to understand ;)

La chica de recepción en la noche un encanto, super atención, y la ubicación también muy bien

Cons:

En el hotel hay muy poca insonorizacion, estaban haciendo reparaciones y a las 7 am iniciaban con ruido que ya no permitía seguir descansando

La ubicacion, el aseo, cerca a muchas tiendas muy cerca a la playa la tranquilidad y seguridad del sector, muy cerca a paradas del tren restaurantes variados en general una excelente decisión nuestra estadía alli, el personal muy amable pendientes a resolver inquietudes típicas del turista

Ein angenehmes Hotel in super Lage, das wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut super , man ist in 5-10 Minuten in der Altstadt, die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist ebenfalls perfekt- Bus/ Bahn ca 5- 10 Minuten entfernt
Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist unmöglich, viel zu dunkel zum Schminken, ein Vergrößerungsspiegel wäre schön.
Das ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit.

Perfectly ok and would use again if returning to Nice.
Pros:

Very comfy beds, breakfast was perfect and good location just over the road from the tram station for the airport.

Cons:

No bar. Shower was a bit weak in our room but not a big issue.

Pros:

Замечательный отель в самом центре Ниццы, очень доброжелательное отношение персонала. Хочется особо отметить менеджера Ольгу за внимание и компетентность. Отель обновленный, красивый веселый дизайн. Круглосуточная стойка с кофемашиной и водой. Очень хочется вернуться , спасибо всему персоналу за гостеприимство!
