Zentral, klein, aber fein
Pros:

- die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals
- perfekte zentrale Lage
- Tee, Kaffee und Wasser in der Lobby
- Frühstück im Nachbarcafe
- Abendessen im südamerikanischen Restaurant in der Nähe

Cons:

für ein 3* Hotel war alles optimal
leider nicht an der Promenade ;)

Aside from that, I had a great experience and would recommend this place.
Pros:

The stay was overall very good. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and everything went smoothly during my visit.

Cons:

The only downside was that the walls were quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms could sometimes be heard.

マセナ広場や空港行きトラムの駅から徒歩ですぐアクセスできる立地。ロビーのお水セルフサービスもよかった。スタッフも皆さん優しかった。

簡易ベットを事前に頼んでおいたのに準備されていなかった。ドライヤーが壊れていた。

Good location but poor value for money
Pros:

On the plus side the rooms looks nice, modern, even if it's very small you do have room to open 2 suitcases. The bed and pillows are comfortable and they have blackout curtains.
Breakfast wile basic has both cold and warm options.

Cons:

Most important thing it's impossible to get a good sleep due to the noise from other rooms. If you keep the windows closed there isn't much noise coming from the street but the walls are like paper, it's like the people next door are in the same room with you, you hear their conversations clearly. Two days in a row I woke up due to a phone just buzzing from the next room, not an alarm, a simple buzz. I would not stay here again due to this reason.
Bathroom could use better cleaning, not just the daily swipe but actual cleaning of the walls and door.

Zimmergröße sehr gut für einen Kurzurlaub, gutes Frühstück, tolle Lage in der Innenstadt, sehr freundliches Personal, Kalt- und Warmgetränke stehen am Empfang jederzeit zur Verfügung

Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wurde nicht nachgefüllt, zeitweise nur lauwarmes Wasser in der Dusche

Ottima soluzione per visitare Nizza
Pros:

La posizione centralissima con grosso parcheggio vicino. La colazione accontentava sia dolce sia salato. Nella camera soppalcata abbiamo risposato bene, l insonorizzazione è ottima e il clima giusto.
Abbiamo avuto un problema nella prenotazione nella quale non risultava la richiesta di una culla nonostante fosse stata fatta, ma la signora della reception ha prontamente risolto il problema fornendocene una.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité des commerces, de la gare et du bord de mer. Bon petit-déjeuner et personnel très serviable et agréable.

Cons:

L’insonorisation est un peu légère, on entend très facilement ce qui se passe dans le couloir ou les chambres d’à côté. Salle de bain très petite pour la chambre simple.

Pros:

L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione, molto vicino alla via principale e al tram. A due passi da Place Massena e dal centro storico che si raggiunge con una breve passeggiata. La camera anche se di piccole dimensioni era dotata di tutto il necessario. Buona e variegata la colazione. Ho gradito il servizio di fornire agli ospiti bevande e acqua gratuitamente.

Cons:

Suggerirei di dotare il bagno di qualche appendino in più per gli asciugamani. Da migliorare un po' di più l'insonorizzazione interna.

Pros:

Čist i udoban mali hotel sa ljubaznim osobljem, odličnim doručkom, a na svega par minuta od centra i voza. Za svaku preporuku. Krevet na gornjem spratu depleksa je zaista king size, a na oba sprata postoji TV. Kupatilo veliko i čisto. Na ulazu u hotel možete se poslužiti čajem, kafom vodom ili bombonama, ako nečija bezobrazna deca ( uglavnom lično vaša, kao što su ova bila lično moja) ne pojedu sve pre vas... :) Hvala na gostoprimstvu!
