Great location & good host, Building and rooms needs to be refreshed
Pros:

Great location, beach is right across the street. Our room was a privilege double room with ocean views.

Cons:

Unit was dirty and poorly stocked. Balconies have cheap artificial turf carpet which was loose and poorly fitted. Unit and building could benefit from routine maintenance and power washing.

Aardige eigenaren, voor Franse begrippen goed hotel. Wel erg gehorig wat verkeer betreft
Pros:

Aardige eigenaren, je kan een stoeltje pakken voor het strand ( kiezels , neem waterschoentjes mee) . In de buurt veel supermarkten. Tram verbinding vanaf vliegveld was prima. ( ligt om de hoek) Kan ook goed met tram en trein naar Monaco.
Oude centrum is half uur lopen langs de boulevard. Prima te doen.

Cons:

Het verkeer hoor je erg goed in je kamer ook ‘s nachts. Het is best een drukke weg.

Feels like home hotel near the beach!
Pros:

I visited Hotel Flots d’Azur for a get a way by myself in September ‘25. What can I say; this was the best experience ever! Sophie and Thierry are so welcoming it really felt like being with family. The hotel is just across the street from the beach and everything is there for you to make your experience perfect. They have sun-beds and umbrellas available and the couple is there to help you with finding nice places to eat or to spend your day visiting the surroundings. The hotel is calm, clean and relax. I can highly recommend a stay here at Hotel Flots d’Azur in Nice. I will revisit for sure.

Lovely Stay!
Pros:

Great location on the Promenade des Anglais, close to trams for the Airport, train station, etc. Room and bathroom was very nice. Good A/C.
Staff were very friendly and helpful - especially when we struggled with our French! They also gave us a little gift to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was very kind & thoughtful.

Cons:

The only thing was, there were no English-speaking news channels on the TV - like Euronews, CNN or BBC, etc. Would have been nice, but not really a big deal.

Das Hotel und das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich. Die Besitzer sind sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich einfach sehr wohl :)

Pros:

Excellent position on the prom in front of a free beach and pssible to take deck chair there. It was an easy walk everywhere and bus and tram stops very convenient.

Cons:

The semi basement was fine but it couldn't heat a room.with a view.
