Pros:

Fantastic location, amazing hospitality, clean & comfortable rooms. We had sun umbrella and chairs for the beach available at the reception for free of charge. Enjoyable breakfast in the garden. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we are in Nice.

From the moment we arrived the staff were so accomodating. The facilities were clean and met our needs. Breakfast was also a great experience, with lovely food and exceptional views. Very Nice indeed!

Em minhas próximas visitas a Nice, com certeza voltarei a me hospedar no Flots
Pros:

Muito confortável, cortina black out eletrônica, vista linda para o mar, bem próximo de restaurantes, os funcionários são sensacionais, fazem de tudo para agradar e o café da manhã é excelente característico da França, não deixem de pedir. Guardaram nossas malas até o horário do voo, emprestaram cadeira de praia e guarda sol, foi um excelente lugar para conhecer a riviera francesa e Monaco.

Cons:

O ralo do banheiro estava um pouco entupido.

Dobry hotel na krótki pobyt w Nicei
Pros:

Pokój w świetnym miejscu żeby poczuć klimat Nicei.
Wzięliśmy pokój z balkonem z widokiem na morze/plażę i promenadę co miało swoje plusy i 1 istotny minus.
Bezproblemowo można sie zameldować poza oficjalnymi godzinami pracy recepcji - szkoda że brakuje o tym informacji na stronie Bookingu.
Sympatyczny i pomocny personel

Cons:

Korzystanie z balkonu było o tyle problematyczne że wzdłuż promenady biegnie główna arteria komunikacyjna miasta która generuje ogromy ruch i co za tym idzie spory hałas.
Pokój trochę mały więc na dłuższy pobyt nie jest wygodny.

Perfekte Lage für einen kurzen Urlaub am Meer direkt in der Stadt
Pros:

Direkt an der Promenade, nahe zu den Strand und 10 min bis zum Zentrum der Stadt. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Matratze ist ziemlich abgenutzt und Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, Strassenlärm ist deutlich zu hören.

Kjempebra beliggenhet ved promenaden, kort vei til dagligvarebutikk og trikk. Trivelig, familieeid hotell. De som jobbet der var kjempehyggelige! God (men enkel) frokost.

Litt lite rom. I tillegg var det dårlig støydemping gjennom ytterdør.
