Falta de medios
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, a unas pocas calles para ir a la bahía

Cons:

Baños independientes, luz del baño parpadeando, secador de pelo nefasto, televisión pequeña y sin Internet, ascensor unitario, el aire de la habitación va mal, toallas pequeñas, no había shampoo solo había gel de manos, el cabezal de la ducha era débil al soltar agua y por último la manivela para regular la temperatura era defectuosa, básicamente salía agua muy fría y al girar un poco para que saliera caliente, salía el agua hirviendo.

Great location, affordable
Pros:

The location of the property is very good. It's in the heart of the Massena square. There are loads of restaurants, fast food, cafès and shops. It's near train stations, trams and buses. It's a walking distance to the beaches as well. The staff are very friendly too.

Cons:

The property seems to be quite old. The lift is a bit small, only 3 people will fit in. The room is spacious but the airconditioning can't cool the whole room. The fridge is rusty on the edges. There is a balcony but you can access through the bathroom and the exhaust of the airconditioner is crowding it. And, we had trouble sleeping at night coz we could hear the footsteps from the floor above and it's quite loud.

Hotell med mycket bra läge och väldigt trevlig personal!
Pros:

Bra läge nära centrum i Nice och nära gamla staden och fräscht rum. Trevlig och väldigt hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Tydligen ska de renovera hotellet så det blir väl ännu bättre då.

Cons:

Lite trång hiss med den fungerade.
