Cozy and clean hotel room just a couple of blocks from the train station making it an ideal location for day trips to surrounding towns. Very welcoming and friendly receptionists and staff. The mattresses were comfortable and contributed to a good night’s sleep. Very fast, reliable WiFi and the small fridge as well as the safe were also a plus. Good value for money. We would definitely return!
The room could have been a bit bigger, but everything else was just fine!

Super friendly and attentive staff who made my stay comfortable and a great experience. I was allowed to store my baggage before checkin time and after check out which I appreciated. I asked during reservation for a quiet room and hotel staff had fulfilled my request. My room and bathroom were very clean and bed was very comfortable.
From hotel just a short walk to the train station, the promenade, beach and places to visit at walking distance.
I got some great recommendations about places and delicious food

Dommage, pas d'ascenseur (ou en panne) mais la personne présente s'est gentiment proposée pour monter ma valise jusqu'à ma chambre.

Unica pecca è quello di assenza di ascensore e la colazione a pagamento,però tutto sommato è un bel hotel nel centro di Nizza 👍

Chambre petite mais très propore
Manque d'équipement dans la chambre ( verre, bouilloire, couvert... )
Le personnel est très attentionné et réactif, les chambres sont propres ainsi que le reste de l’établissement.
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas assez copieux pour 9 euros c’est dommage. Le bruit parfois le soir à travers les murs ( je suis tomber sur des travaux donc je pense que ce n’est pas tout le temps comme ça) et c’est un peu de loin de la mer 25 min à pied mais sinon dans l’ensemble c’était très bien !
La propreté, l'accueil, l'emplacement et le prix pratiqué bien sûr.
Les oreillers carrés sont à revoir, trop trop mous
