Pros:

Very good location, and room was as expected, clean. Not much more beyond, but friendly man working at reception and safe and quiet inside. Not sure where recycling bins are. Breakfast is small but good to have.

Cons:

The city is getting rougher over recent years sadly, but still nice French vibes remain.

Nice stay !
Pros:

Lovely, well-maintained and safe accommodation. It is quite close to the train station, which is very convenient if you are planning to travel to other cities. There is also a tram stop nearby, making it very easy to get to the city centre.

The room was modern and clean, with a really nice and spacious bathroom. We chose a room with a balcony (small but lovely), which was definitely a plus!

The staff were very friendly and polite. Another great thing was that, apart from being able to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, there was also a space where you could change clothes. This was very convenient if you wanted to take a swim at the beach before leaving. 😉

Cons:

Since we visited Nice during the summer, it would have been nice to have a drying rack available, so that we could hang up our swimsuits and towels.

Cons:

They didn’t even put any duvet for my bed it was just one thin bed sheet and there’s none in the cupboard. Couldn’t sleep all night

Pros:

Excellent stay, super helpful and friendly staff.
Big and clean rooms, housekeeping everyday. Our requests were always met instantly.
Excellent location, 1 min walk to the tram, 5 min walk to all stores and shops. Lots of local restaurants and bakeries around.

Très bon personnel et excellent travail du service de ménage

Cons:

les oreillers ne sont pas confortables et leur présentation est assez étrange. Il s’agit d’un seul long oreiller pour deux personnes, enveloppé dans un drap. Il serait beaucoup plus agréable et pratique d’avoir deux oreillers standards avec leurs taies respectives.
