The sea is within walking distance; a five- to ten-minute walk from the hotel brings you to the city beach, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful sea water. In terms of price, quality, and location, this hotel is the best choice for a getaway with family or a partner. It is easily accessible by public transport (tram) or taxi. The best choice in Nice! The location is excellent, with convenient access to both the airport and the train station. The staff is a wonderful team, always ready to help with advice and suggestions for planning your itinerary.

The hotel provides towels and beach accessories, and the beach is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. In the lobby, there are complimentary hot drinks, including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and more.

The rooms are clean, well-furnished, and equipped with air conditioning. The room size was perfectly adequate for our family of four.

Everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Thank you very much for the great hospitality!

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch optimal für Touristen, da das Personal neben französisch mindestens auch englisch und italienisch spricht. Bei Wünschen konnte man ungeniert fragen.
Die Türe des Badezimmers hat plötzlich blockiert, wofür aber niemand etwas kann. Wir wurden sofort in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt, was wir sehr wertgeschätzt haben.
Am Abend konnte man jederzeit das Hotel betreten, da die Türe per Code verschlossen war (also ideal für Menschen, die am Abend noch rausgehen).
Es war sehr sauber und die Wände waren nicht sehr durchlässig.
Die Lage war perfekt, da das Hotel zum Strand und zum Bahnhof jeweils ca. 10min entfernt liegt.
Am Tag der Abreise konnte man problemlos sein Gepäck im Gepäckraum des Hotels lassen. Sowohl Checkin als auch Checkout liefen schnell ab.
Zugegebener Weise waren wir die meiste Zeit ausserhalb des Hotels unterwegs, weshalb es womöglich nicht die erste Wahl für Leute ist, die ihren Fokus auf Entspannung im Hotel legen.
Ich empfehle das Hotel und würde es nochmal buchen!

Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot ist eher eine Formalität, wir empfehlen das Frühstück in einem Supermarkt zu kaufen oder in ein Café zu gehen.
Vor allem unser erstes Zimmer war relativ klein für 2 Personen; das, worin wir verlegt wurden, war aber angenehm geräumig.

La situation géographique.
Le petit déjeuner pas cher mais justifié aux vues des produits donc on en a pour son argent. Bref, médiocre comme son prix très bas.

Cons:

La climatisation est gérée au global. La température était trop élevée. Pas top. Même en le signalant, la température n'a pas baissé.
On entendait les voisins. Pas d'isolation sonore.
Trop cher par rapport aux prestations.

Dovendo uscire presto non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Staff gentilissimo e hotel comodissimo per la posizione.
