Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, aber die Zimmer könnten sauberer und überholter sein.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Hübsche große Fenster mit französischem Balkon.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht unbedingt sauber, die Einrichtung ok. Im Badezimmer wurde mal das Fenster zugeklebt (Rückstände über den ganzen Fensterrahmen) und war nun baubedingt nicht mehr zu öffnen. Der Föhn war zwar funktionstüchtig, hatte jedoch im Föhnschlauch ein großes Loch, was die Benutzung erschwert hat. Die Falttür zum Badezimmer war nicht funktionstüchtig und hatte Löcher, wo eigentlich die Griffe waren. Wenn man nicht alleinreisend ist, wäre die Badsituation schwierig gewesen. Abends hat es stark nach Essen gerochen und im Zimmer war es abends im März ziemlich kalt.

La ubicación

Cons:

Imposible dormir por la noche debido al resto de personas que se alojaban en el hotel, llamaban a las puertas, gritaban y corrían por los pasillos, y el personal del hotel no les llamo la atención ni hicieron nada al respecto

Petite chambre confortable et propre, proche du vieux Nice et de la promenade des Anglais
Pros:

Très bon emplacement dans une petite rue calme et à proximité du vieux Nice et du tram.
La chambre était très simple, propre et confortable
Le personnel est accueillant et disponible.

Cons:

La salle de bain est très petite et pas très pratique : l'espace douche est très petit et avec le WC sans d'abattant il faut faire attention que rien de tombe dedans!

Pros:

they had a hotel dog. And the staff was very friendly every time you would come in and out of the hotel.

Cons:

there was a sign on the door that said there must be no stains on the towels when you leave otherwise you will be charged. Which isn’t terrible but what if it is make up stains.

Très agréable et bien remplie
Pros:

La jolie et souriante hôtesse qui nous a accueilli puis la vie dans l’établissement qui lors de notre séjour acceuillai une classe d’élève Italiens et leurs professeurs un vrai lieu de vie

There was a dog at the lobby. He was very cute, but he was very protective, grumbled when he went upstairs. He is a big dog, can be scary for those who are afraid of dogs.

The bed was a bit small.
