Un séjour relaxant qui m’a permis de décompresser et de me recentrer.
Pros:

L’accueil a été très chaleureux dès mon arrivée, l’hôtel est idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville, et la chambre était propre et confortable.

Le mini-bar en libre accès, avec fontaine à eau, café, etc., est un vrai plus et très appréciable.

Le personnel, quant à lui, était tout simplement exceptionnel.

Cons:

Rien mais je dirais que les oreillers pourraient être légèrement plus confortables.

Excellente séjour dans un hôtel aux petits soins.
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux de l’hôtesse, surclassement en chambre confort avec balcon. Le lit queen size était très confortable et les cosmétiques proposés dans la salle de bain certifié écocert. Le petit dej était excellent et très complet, beaucoup de choix et de diversité dans les produits et de bonnes qualités, seul petit regret sur le manque de fruits frais (seul une salade de fruit proposée).

Gerne jederzeit wieder

Zuallererst einmal möchte ich das unglaublich freundliche und hilfreiche Personal, speziell den Rezeptionisten, und das wirklich umfassende und hervorragende Frühstück erwähnen. Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet, es gab eine Kaffee-Maschine mit Tabs und einen Minibar Kühlschrank. Der späte Check-out um 11.30 h ist äußerst angenehm. Durch die Lage wenige Geh-Minuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernte Lage kann man mühelos mit dem Gepäck kostengünstig den Flughafen erreichen. Der Spaziergang zur Promenade dauert vom Hotel aus ca 10 Minuten. Wenn jemand mit dem Auto anreisen möchte, so liegt eine Parkgarage (Mozart) genau gegenüber.

Pros:

Breakfast was really good and lots of fresh options. The walk to the beach is very quick (10mins). Tram stop is about 5 mins away.

Cons:

Cushions were not as comfortable as you would minimum expect, it's not the most expensive hotel, but they felt like a hseet wrapped in a pillowcase. The shower is also a little bit small and impractical.

The daytime staff was very kind, and I really appreciated him.

Cons:

I chose this hotel mainly because of its good reviews, even though it is located a bit away from the seaside and the price was similar to other options. Unfortunately, this was the first time I felt truly disappointed with a hotel booked through Booking.

First, the cleanliness was not up to standard — for example, the sink had yellow stains. Since my room was on the 4th floor, the shower water pressure was extremely weak, even at the maximum setting, and it made a faint noise like a small engine running.

In addition, when I arrived in the evening, I was surprised to find that the room had no main ceiling light, only two small lamps by the bed, which made the room feel very dim.

Finally, the night staff did not handle my questions in a very welcoming way. As it was my first time visiting the south of France, I did not understand some things, but instead of explaining patiently, the staff responded rather abruptly.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
