Un sejur minunat! Recomandam cu incredere
Pros:

Mancarea a fost exceptionala: diversificata, foarte gustoasa si cu multe produse din peste si fructe de mare. Cu specialitati locale dar si internationale (seri tematice: ex seara mexicana cu Mariachi). Sucuri naturale, cafea buna. Multumim chefilor bucatari si personalului de la servire! Personalul amabil si mereu zambitor.
Conducerea hotelului atenta cu zilele de nastere (multumim! :) )
Diversitatea piscinelor, spatii verzi bine ingrijite.
Multe activitati pentru copii.
Amplasat intr-o statiune frumoasa si curata Peguera, animata si mult mai frumoasa decat multe altele pe care le-am vizitat. La 100m de statia de autobuz care avea legatura cu statiunile de pe coasta si Palma.
Autobuz local A11 care face legatura direct cu aeroportul (2 euro/pers).
Acces rapid la o plaja f frumoasa, cu intrare lina.
La 10-15 min de Supermarketuri (Lidl).
Desi am avut un incident cu para de dus care s-a rupt, a fost inlocuita imediat si pana sa reusim noi sa anuntam.
Multe locuri gratuite de parcare in jurul hotelului, in cazul in care se doreste inchirierea auto.

Cons:

Cladirea cu apartamentele si studiourile se afla separat de partea principala a hotelului, peste o sosea mica si circulata. Desi poate apreciata de unii turisti pentru liniste, trebuia parcursa o mica distanta pana la restaurant si zona de piscine. Avea insa o piscina si aici separat.
Apartamentul a fost foarte curat dar necesita modernizare, fiind cam învechit.
Nu recomandam oferta de inchiriere de masini de la hotel: desi procesul este foarte facil si comod: oferta mica, scumpa si cu masini vechi + ziua de inchiriere fiind de la 9 la 19 (deci 10 ore si nu 24 ore) ca la alte firme.
Un mic inconvenient: fiind in zona de deal, la intoarcerea de la plaja era un pic mai dificil de urcat cu bagaje.

Pros:

All the staff are very friendly
The rooms are clean and modern.
The grounds are stunning with multiple pools including adult only splash pools.
There are also adult only sun bathing areas.
We were only bed and breakfast, but the breakfast was great with a huge variety.
Cleaners came every day.
The animation team were great with daly fitness classes starting at 10:30 am… water polo or water basket 3 times a week, daly aqua gym, archery and Other sports including volleyball and kids club and Evening entertainment.
There is also a Small football pitch.
There is a small gym with one running machine, 1 X Trainer two bikes and some weights.
Evening entertainment available, but we didn’t go to this.
The beach is a six minute walk and there are loads of restaurants about six minutes away
The absolute best authentic Italian Restaurant on the island is 10 min walk away….”Osteria Italiana Mallorca”.
We hired a car and found even in peak July there was places to park around the hotel for free.
12 minute drive to Santa Ponza
15 minute drive to Magaluf.
30 minute drive to the airport.

Cons:

Although air-conditioning is sufficient at reception and in the bedrooms, in the hallway and inside/outside the lifts it is almost unbearably hot. (Mid July).
There are only two lifts for the block and the lifts only just fit four people in. There is often a massive queue of people waiting for the lifts in the heat.
Most people end up walking up and down the stairs, which could potentially be six floors. Although I didn’t mind the exercise, I know a lot of people with children or bags, we’re getting frustrated.
The bedrooms are tiny. Very little room for storage and no balcony. There were four of us so we were forced to get two separate bedrooms. This ended up costing around €7000 for two weeks in July which we didn’t feel was good value for money.
I regret not getting an apartment. The fridge in the room was very small.
There is not really a separate bathroom in the room only a tiny shower and tiny toilet. So if you are there with teenagers It can make getting changed for them awkward.

Pros:

Всичко много ни хареса.Уникален хотел, много чист , с много.добър персонал ,много вкусна храна и много активности и за децата и за възрастните.
Препоръчвам го с две ръце , със сигурност пак ще го посетим.

Cons:

Не ми допанда само , че безалкохолните напитки са само за хората , които са ол инклузив, ние бяхме полупансион и имахме право само на вода и газирана вода.

So relaxed and loved the entertainment
Pros:

Back from our first trip away with our 9 month old, the hotel was amazing, staff incredible and food lovely. Only a 5-10 min walk into town

Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
Pros:

Séjour formidable ! L’accueil est chaleureux et tout le personnel est agréable, souriant et attentif au bien-être des hôtes.

Le cadre est magnifique, avec une végétation luxuriante qui met parfaitement en valeur l’hôtel. L’ensemble offre un environnement verdoyant, apaisant et propice à la détente.

Cons:

Les horaires de la piscine, et plus particulièrement sa fermeture à 18 h, gagneraient à être revus pendant la pleine saison.

Very Disappointing
Pros:

The breakfast staff were outstanding. They managed a very busy environment with lots of families & the variety of food was really wide, ranging from cereals to continental to hot food options with a separate egg & pancake station. This is a great hotel for family activities & caters well for that with a super variety of activities.

Cons:

We stayed in the self-catering apartments that are separate from the hotel & yet further up the hill. Our apartment was comfortable but quite dated with a mish mash of furniture & a balcony table that could do with replacing. The beds were comfortable. Cleanliness could be better, floors weren't swept adequately, and the schedule seemed a bit hit & miss. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work one night & staff came promptly next morning to fix it, but the same thing happened a second night. A lift brings you from the ground floor entrance up to the apartments & this was also out of order 2 evenings forcing families with small children & buggies to use the rather unsafe, largely ornamental steps. You also have to pay €5 CASH deposit for the room safe & the same if you want a 2nd key! This is standard in any of the other places we have stayed in Paguera. Upon checkout, the staff were reluctant to give us back one of the fiver deposits because we hadn't been given a receipt! I try not to be negative about any business & highlight the positives, which I have, but, personally, I won't stay here again. Ponent Apartments are far superior if you are looking for a beachfront, central location for about the same price (booked out when we tried). Another positive is the lovely pub we used to stop in to break the trudge up that hill every evening - Bei Hermine - lovely owner who personally greets all her customers every evening😀 & do go to Minibar run by Austrian Martin, for the best cocktails in Paguera - chin chin!

Pros:

Overall, the experience was fine for a short term stay The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options, including gluten-free choices.

Cons:

The sink being inside the room instead of in a separate bathroom was uncomfortable and felt a bit unsanitary. The bathroom also had a leak, and the shower leaked onto the floor, so we had to put towels down every time we showered.

The cleaning staff didn’t seem to do much beyond making the beds. The floor and shelves were still dusty and still had beach sand on them after housekeeping.

The lobby, the furniture throughout the hotel, and the overall atmosphere felt quite old and outdated. The hotel didn’t have the modern look that was advertised in the photos, which was disappointing.

Another downside was the pool towel policy. You receive pool towels when you check in, but you’re charged €1 every time you want to exchange them. Considering the price we paid for the hotel, I thought this was an unnecessary extra charge.

Za rok wrocimy w to samo miejsce !!!

Hotel to jeden wielki kompleks z drzewami , ktore byly tak potrzebne przy 37° ciepla.

Zawsze mozna bylo znalezc cien przy basenie, z kolei przy innym basenie slonce.
