Pros:

Amazing hotel with a lots of pools and relax areas,very friendly staff and great food options-a lot of choices.One of the best cocktails which I’ve ever tasted.Entertainment for the kids and a lot of fun for them

Für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern absolut perfekt und wenn man in Kauf nimmt, dass der Innenpool für so viele Gäste doch

Das freundliche Personal, das schöne Zimmer, die vielen Möglichkeiten für die Kinder und das gute Essen!

Cons:

Der Innenpool ist für die Anzahl der Gäste recht klein und das Wasser war teilweise sehr trüb und natürlich sehr doll gechlort.

Zimmer nicht sauber, Frühstück definitiv nur Durchschnitt, keine Klimaanlage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war voller langer schwarzer Haare, welche definitiv nicht von mir kommen, da ich eine Glatze habe.
Die tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers hat nichts daran geändert, dass die Haare dort blieben, wo sie lagen. Anscheinend wurde immer nur das Bett gemacht und das Waschbecken sauber gemacht.
Weiterhin lagen überall Nüsse, und unter dem Bett sah es wirklich nicht schön aus, da hier schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht wurde.
Das Frühstück ist keine kulinarische Köstlichkeit, sondern einfach nur satt werden.
Leider wurde auch an der Klimaanlage gespart, die zu dieser Zeit noch nicht an ist und man nur einen Ventilator hat.

The property is good but they can improve in terms of space for family with kids.
Pros:

The staff was super helpful and pleasant. The breakfast had a very good options both for kids and adults. We opted for one night dinner and it was tasty and worth the value. We noticed they opted for different cuisine everyday. SO highly recomended.

Cons:

Our checkin was late in night and the recption attendent too almost 1 hour to get us the room. We were travelling with kids and it was very exhausting to be waiting at reception. We visited during easter week . The outside pools were cold and there was only one indoor pool which could be used. The pool was crowded almost throughout the day.
The rooms were too small and clustered for family of 4. Also the housekeeping did not changed the used cups of tea/coffee bags during our stay for 5 days.

Vacances a Majorque
Pros:

L hotel est très bien situé et arboré et tres bien organisé,(plusieures piscines adultes et famille )espace bar et lounge pour les famille et pour les adultes,
L hotel n est pas loin a pieds des commerces et des restaurants et de la plage.transport public bien desservi pour se déplacer dans l île.
Le buffet est tres bon et très variés (soiree espagnol excellent avec paella ,fruit de mer ,etc...).Le petit dejeuner est excellent.
Le restaurant italien est super pour passer un moment plus cosy et la carte est superbe.
Les boissons sont excellentes ,non alcoolisé ou avec alcool .
Les cocktails sont excellent (avec le all inclusive ça vaut vraiment la peine )
Le personnel (Isma )et les serveurs et serveuse sont super gentils et agréables comme Jorge ,rossana etc.. au bar adult et au autre bar et restaurant merci a Joan et Dido etc.. pour leur services..
Merci a l equipe d animation pour les soirées spectacles et animation en journée
Merci au personnel pour la propreté des chambres tous les jours .
En résumé hotel idéal pour le mélange famille et adultes .

Cons:

Quelques remarques :
Les gens ne respectent pas les espaces adultes comme au restaurant buffet ou bar .
A la fin des spectacles du soir a 22h00,il manque un peu de 'fiesta, il faudrait prévoir un peu d' ambiance pour les adultes et jeunes comme par exemple une disco ou de la musique pour danser et bouger ou chanter pour terminer la soirée .
