This was my 3rd stay and as usual the service was impeccable, staff always on hand and very attentive, food - great selection, plenty of choice and options, no issues with sunbeds always plenty free. Lovely little touches like Cava on arrival and in rooms. We always have a lovely relaxing time at the Velentin Reina, the close proximity to the boulevard and beach make it so easy to explore the surrounding area.
I'm being incredibly picky but this time we stayed in a twin pool view room (1st 4 floors) and it is loud until 11-30 - 12pm at night due to the fantastic entertainment - If you are earlier to bed you will struggle to sleep. As I said I'm being very picky as we thoroughly enjoyed the evenings entertainment options but noticed some older guests who left early evening

The property was absolutely amazing so clean. Stuff couldn’t do enough for you location was two minute walk to the beach. Second time we have stayed here better than some Hiltons that we have stayed in. Absolutely fantastic hotel can’t think of anything negative to say about it.

Only one english tv channel over 10 german.
Its very German. Beds by the pool always covered in towels normal suspects.
Majority of staff very nice
apart from some very obvious bullying by senior entertainment staff towards younger staff.
Some corridors looking very tired and worn.
Pool area too small for all of the guests, end up being shoulder to shoulder.
Food very good but should have water available free, had to shop for it.
Entertainment in the evenings was good and a couple of times great, very varied.
Balcony was overlooked by guests in the adjacent hotel so didn’t use it, felt very uncomfortable with no privacy.
Didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel overall.
Staying in this hotel was a real pleasure. Everything was at the highest level - from the reception and professionalism of the staff, to the impeccable cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation, to the varied and high-quality food. The atmosphere is pleasant, and every detail shows how much attention is paid to the guests. This is a hotel that deserves the highest rating and we would recommend it to everyone without hesitation. We look forward to coming again.

Por poner un pero renovar mobiliario habitacion. Un poco antiguo. Pero solo es una sugerencia.
Hotel itself is nice, if a little bit dated, decor and rooms are somewhat due for a refurbishment. However space in the room is fine, storage ample, bathroom nice, beds are comfortable, aircon works well.
Hotel staff are very friendly and efficient, pool area is nice and they do actually follow through on their rule of not “reserving” sun-beds. We observed staff leaving warning notices on beds and then removing towels after a set amount of time.
There are lots of lovely places to eat and drink a short walk away.
We went for a girlie trip away, relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. This hotel was perfect for that.
Excellent hotel. If older decor doesn’t bother you but professional service, added touches, in house entertainment and a quiet atmosphere does then this is the hotel for you. If leaving late shower and luggage storage available. Short walk to the beach and shops. Food selection and quality very good.
