Staff we’re friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, lots of variety and catered for allergies.
Facilities were great and everything was spotlessly clean. The entertainment in the evening was great and the entertainment staff were friendly and multilingual.
Hotel suite was great we had a 3 bed room with kitchen facilities. The beds were comfortable and towels fluffy.

Our honeymoon was perfect in Valentin Somni Hotel & Suites. The stuff is super kind and friendly. The room is cute and practical. The breakfast and the dinner was also excellent. You have a lot of enterntainment options in this hotel.

Had a wonderful holiday at this amazing hotel (hardest part was leaving).
Firstly the staff are incredible and give you the best experience from start to finish. Right from check in to check out you are treated beautifully.
Rooms are gorgeous and super comfy beds.
The food is delicious and plenty of variety and choice. If you like cocktails then you’re in for a treat, they are really good.
It’s perfectly located for a bit of exploring too, already planning on booking again:
PS, if you’re lucky enough to be there for their white party then you’re in for a real treat, definitely don’t miss that.

We went to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary..Decorated our room..Great friendly staff..especially Eliane in the dining room…Top entertainment..outside on the terrace at nights…Delicious lunches at the pool bar too….

My husband and I came here for a week for our baby moon before we become a family of three. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were looking for an easy and relaxing holiday and thats exactly what we got.
On arrival, as many other people have stated, the rooms are on the small side but I had read reviews beforehand so this was expected. Once cases were unpacked and we moved the empty cases onto the balcony, we found it was fine and not an issue.
The staff at this hotel go above and beyond and work so hard to cater to everyone's needs, and always with a smile on their face. We went half board, but fully intended to go out for dinner a few nights but in the end the food was so good in the hotel, we actually decided to stay and eat every night. Food is different each night with themes. We stayed one night to try the bingo which was fun but aside from that we can't comment on the entertainment as we always went for a beach walk at golden hour and then some drinks down near the centre (easy 10 min walk from hotel). We were lucky enough to be there for the white party which the hotel put on every other Thursday and is fantastic! Such a fun day and fully recommend attending if you are also lucky enough to be there for.
We travelled via public bus to Andratx market on Wed, then to the port of andratx, we also did a trip to palma for a day and then to soller for the old train and tram ride. We were impressed with how easy it was to take the bus, only about 35 mins to get to palma. It worked out much easier and cheaper to do ourselves rather than pay for an excursion. On the other (more relaxing) days we spent our time relaxing by the rooftop pool as the spaces round the main pool filled up very quickly. They try to encourage guests not to reserve loungers but sadly it still happens and I would say there's no enough space to cater to everyone. The beach is very clean and only a 10 min walk away so that is always another option.
Overall a lovely stay and we would recommend others to stay here!

The staff here are phenomenal and so well trained in good customer service and politeness.
However for us sadly too many things not right to return.
Rooms are fine but no storage space or place to hang dresses.Quiet on 5th floor and cleaned well.
Entertainment staff so young but eager to please.However lacking the experience that we had found in the same group in Minorca.
It really was mixed from a dire Tina Turner to a very entertaining Elton John and creme de la creme the two female Disco Divas who were fantastic.
Bingo not really our thing I'm afraid.Food very average and lacked imagination.
Beach an easy amble down a slope for 10 mins which we managed easy and we are mid 70s.Beautiful and clean.Pool at hotel too small to cater for everyone.
Resort is mainly shops which are nothing special.No bars with live music.Not alot happening.
In conclusion fab staff but would not return as 4 star we definitely felt it wasn't.

This hotel is excellent rooms hotel pool
area all spotlessly clean. Staff right across the hotel are so friendly. Only 5 mins walk from the beach. Nightly shows are very good. Choice of food is very good. Would def stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Just returned from this hotel after a lovely 6 night stay.
The hotel is close to the bars, shops and restaurants although if you're half board there's no need for you to eat out as the food is absolutely fantastic. The beach is beautiful only downside is the walk back from the front as its uphill but if you don't suffer with mobility issues then it's absolutely fine.
The atmosphere here is amazing, the white party that took place was extraordinary and the effort that all the staff put in was superb. Special mention to Alvaro - he remembered us last year and was so friendly! Also Oscar who worked In the evenings at the bar, he always had a smile on his face. The rooms are well equipped, clean and modern. There's a working fridge and hairdryer. The shower and toilet openess didn't affect us in anyway shape or form.
The entertainment girls work so hard and involve everyone in the activities. I commend them as know English isn't their first language but this never stopped them from mingling. I did see that the (manager?)looked angry at two of them on one night - I may have misunderstood but it seemed he'd asked them to come with him and he seemed cross.
Overall this is a fantastic hotel for couples or to travel with family as there's something for everyone not only at the hotel but In the town also. We are already booking next years trip, just hope that the next one we can get a pool view!

Même si l’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking, nous n’avons pas galérer à trouver des places. On finissait pas en trouver juste à côté.

Fantastic hotel with the loveliest, most accommodating staff - from domestic staff, to hospitality, to entertainers - and the breakfast is off the scale, offering everything anyone could ask for.
Would highly, highly recommend.

First time visiting this hotel and will defo be returning, rooms lovely, clean and spacious, good walking distance from the beach, lovely pool (can get busy for sun beds). Cannot fault the staff, they are friendly and lovely - really good knowledge about gluten free at meal times, chef personally show you round and can get a plate of bread and pastries - one small piece of advise would be on Italian night, maybe pre-looking which guests are coeliac/gluten free and pre-arrange pasta as there wasn’t tons of options on this one night, 10/10 will be returning

We stayed here for 11 nights and were really pleased with the hotel. It was spotlessly clean, food was very good and all the staff were so welcoming. Special shout-outs go to Daniel in the pool bar, Ricardo in the dining room, Alvaro at the bar and Diana in the animation team, all of whom were so friendly and lovely to chat to.
We really appreciated all the effort from the staff putting on the White Party event. Chef, you've got the moves!
The one slight draw back for us was the hill back up to the hotel from the beach and shops. It's a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.
