If I could rate this hotel 10 stars, I would. l honestly can't rate it highly enough. The man who checked us in at reception on was helpful, welcoming and friendly. He could not do enough for us. We checked in at half past midnight, as we'd had delays with our flights and he gave us a drink on arrival and was kind enough to refill my glass and keep topping it up :) He said to go down to the buffet and get ourselves a plate, as we'd missed our evening meal and he didn't believe in any guest going to bed hungry, he'd left a whole spread out which is a very generous and kind thing to do for guests. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is stunning, rooms are beautifully decorated. The pool and roof terrace was amazing and the whole reception area was a warm, relaxing and calm space to be. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the steps up to the hotel are so inviting and light up on a night. The food had such a variety, so much choice and was delicious. Hotel entertainment was 10/10 especially the Elton John impersonator. I would 100 percent stay here again and can't wait to in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I can honestly say it’s the best hotel we have ever been to, and for once, I genuinely cannot think of a single negative thing to say.

The cleanliness was outstanding everywhere — the rooms, restaurants, pool areas, and all public spaces were spotless at all times. You can tell the staff take huge pride in maintaining such a beautiful hotel.

Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The level of service here is honestly unreal and made our holiday feel extra special.

The food was stunning with so much variety and exceptional quality every day. Every meal felt like a treat, and there was something for everyone. The entertainment was also fantastic — fun, professional, and enjoyable for all ages, with a brilliant atmosphere every evening.

Overall, this hotel exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was perfect. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday experience.

Ok so I am starting this review at the start of our week away and will update as the week goes.
First impressions on entering the hotel is brilliant, very modern, clean and chic. The staff are all polite, friendly and smart in their immaculate uniforms.
Our room was not ready on arrival but we were offered an upgrade to their golden deluxe at a reduced price of 30€ per night (up selling at it finest lol). We accepted the upgrade and are really pleased with the standard, which is again very modern, with a walk in wardrobe and coffee machine. The rooms also have privacy glass shower/toilet areas.. not sure that appeals!.
Though the upgraded room has a kitchenette, we feel the area could be better utilised in some other way.
The pool area hmm...there is a good selection of sun loungers, however these don't match the modern, chic hotel with some of the loungers uncomfortable. Strangely they offer 3 "Bali" beds for 25€, which apart from shade screens are similar to other beds!!.
The pool is roped off as the pool attendant does not start until 10am, therefore guests can swim at their own risk, however you can't enter it as it's roped off!!
At least the pool attendant gets a lie in !!!.

The staff, very friendly and supportive, the room although a bit small, modern and clean, nice view. Nice decorated lobby. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very good value for money in general.

Saubere Anlage, sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Nice clean hotel great check-in by Norris all the the staff were excellent special mention for Estazr ( lady) works extremely hard and the pool attendant Jackeem (I think) I am not a good swimmer and lack confidence after an operation I explained this to him, he was excellent taking his time to make me feel safe and secure well done thank you 👏👏

This is a wonderful hotel with the kindest and most helpful hardworking staff. The whole hotel is so clean and fresh. The buffet breakfast has everything you could possibly want to eat of a morning, and evening meal choices also very good. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels supplied. Lovely two pool areas, one on the roof. In the evening there is bingo followed by some form of live music to enjoy if you wish. If not the town is 5 minutes away downhill. Third visit and we hope to return for a forth. Great place to chill out. Thank you Valentin Somni for another wonderful stay!!

Very beautiful, clean and high quality hotel. The staff were always very friendly and polite. They go above and beyond. The cleaners are so sweet and friendly, the chefs, waiters, reception team, bar staff, everybody is extremely special. I came with a friend and she left early, on my birthday they brought me a birthday cake♥️🎂I was emotional at how special it was! The buffet quality is 10/10 always extremely fresh, hot, safe, well replenished. Everywhere is clean. Amenities are excellent and the gym is fantastic and air conditioned. The entertainment is fantastic and they have a big variety- my favourites were the Tina Turner tribute, the Disco girls and the Elton John tribute act. This hotel is very good and i hope to come back one day. The room is very beautiful too and air conditioning is VERY GOOD!

Lovely resort and the hotel closed to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The interior design is very stylish and clean. The restaurant offered a good variety of food with different country themes in the evening. I was very surprised on my birthday when they brought me a bottle of bubbly and cake at Breakfast, which we had with our evening meal. We also had enjoyable entertainment in the bar after dinner. We will definitely return to this hotel for another enjoyable stay.

Super small hotel, away from the sea front but only a short walk. Super clean and smart. Excellent staff and comfy beds. Pool was a bit small.

Rooms were clean and tidy....staff were very friendly......food was very good and plentiful....the 2 young girls who compared and ran the entertainment were brilliant.....one negative was that the air conditioner in the rooms were not switched on at this time of year and sometimes was hot at night..Thankfully there is a ceiling fan..
The pool and sunbeds were great with a pool/towel guy on duty all the time...

From the check in with friendly helpful staff and a glass of bubbly to the moment we left we had a lovely time The staff at this hotel are just amazing. The cleanliness is fabulous and the food was really good and so much choice. Rooms are comfortable and bonus to have the main English Tv channels. The town and beach are a short walk down the hill if you need to venture out. But the hotel was so relaxing with everything we needed so we spent most of our time there. The drinks and bar staff were superb and the entertainment was enjoyable. This place is a real gem.

We had a wonderful week at this great hotel, situated a minutes walk from the Paguera Boulevard and beach area.
We were welcomed by the fabulous reception staff where we were upgraded to a suite rather than the Silver Delux room we originally booked, and escorted to our room by one of the reception staff.
Our room was very clean and spacious with a wonderful shower enclosure, walk in wardrobe and kitchenette area. ( It was a bit off putting that the toilette had a frosted glass enclosure, so if your sharing with a friend, or a new relationship it may be a bit off putting).
Although our suite was lovely, we were on the bottom floor and we didn't have much of a view, just looking onto other rooms, but that didn't spoil our stay in anyway, so much so, we booked this hotel for a weeks holiday in April 2027.
The pool areas have plenty of sunbeds. We enjoyed lounging by the small pool which is located besides the suites block, located across the road from the main hotel. They had lovely soft spongy sunbeds, which were very comfy. The main pool across the road had many sunbeds. You could book a bali bed for 25 Euros a day, they were roped off, but we didn't think that was necessary, so we used the other plentiful beds (not sure if later in the season it may be more difficult to find a sunbed).
We stayed on a half board basis and decided before we left that we would eat out at least twice on our holiday - well that didn't happen; the food was amazing, from the wonderful breakfast spread to the wonderful evening display offering a different theme from across the world on offer each evening. The salads were amazing and the pizzas were the best I've ever tasted. There are chefs cooking fresh steaks and meats and at breakfast time a chef prepares your omlettes and crepes while you eagerly watch and wait. I doubt there would not be something to tempt even the fussiest eater.
There is some form of entertainment each evening which we didn't experience, but I think those that attended seem to enjoy it as we talked to other guests that spoke positively.
Paguera itself is like most Med resorts, and is going through extensive development, but this didn't really impact us in the hotel at all. There are many nice bars/cafes and restaurants to choose on the beach front and there are three nice beaches to experience if you like beaches. We had a wonderful holiday and can't wait to return next year and hope it's just as wonderful.

This is a really nice hotel. I was in Peguera for a tennis camp and enjoyed the serenity of the hotel and its facilities in the afternoons and evenings. The rooms are well designed, everywhere in the hotel is spotless and all of the staff are extremely friendly. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets have a large choice including healthy options. I would definitely recommend it to others.

This was our first time in Majorca and Paguera was a fantastic resort to base ourselves. Can't fault the hotel. From the moment we arrived we were impressed. Bright, clean and modern. The reception staff were welcoming and we got a glass of cava on arrival which was very welcome after our journey. The room was modern, good size. I was a little worried about the glass enclosures of the toilet and shower fearing a lack of privacy but there were curtains dividing this section so this was not a concern!. Lovely view of the outside dining area from our room. We upgraded to half board which didn't cost that much more. So glad we did. The food was exceptional and the variety was amazing. There was something for everyone. Also the theme nights were great, mexican, chinese etc. Couldn't fault the food at all. The only thing was, the air conditioning wasn't on at the time and due to the heat we left the balcony door open for a while in the evening. I got bitten :( so the air con would have been welcome. Also we hired a car from the airport. Upon arrival we were told that there was street parking (very few and far between places) but there was also a free car park a stones throw away so absolutely no problem!

Paguera centre was a 5 minute walk away. There was a long street with loads of shops and restaurant and also the beach with a promenade and more restaurants. It was a beautiful resort. Also a good market on a Tuesday.

We are not beach or pool people but we did go on day trips. Most of these were roughly an hour away by car. We did the Valdemossa, Deia and Soller mountain trip in our hired car. Also Andratx, Pollenca and its port where we discovered there was a market on with a celebration through the streets plus a few local days out too. It really is a great part of the island to stay. I'm sure I will be back and I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. Oh, I forgot, great cocktails too !!

Myself and my mum had a lovely 4 night stay, the room was on the small side, but the standard of cleanliness was exceptional, thank you to Gemma. There was a great variety at breakfast, thank you to Paco you are a star, your customer service is fantastic. Looking forward to our next visit.
