C'était un superbe séjour, pour l'emplacement, je reviendrai.
Pros:

accueil impeccable, personnel disponible et courtois. j'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel et facile d'accès. douche et toilette propre RAS. Lit confortable

Cons:

toute la description sur booking n'y était pas. la clim ne fonctionnait pas correctement et j'ai dû passer mon séjour avec un ventilateur. et le manque de restaurant faisait que j'avais un peu du mal à prendre mon diner sur place. j'etais tout le temps obligé de sortir.

Accueil exquis, chambres agréables, localisation pratique. Très bon hôtel .
Pros:

L'accueil du personnel est hors pair, ce fut un véritable plaisir. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, bien climatisées. La literie est agréable, on y dort bien. L'architecture mélange pierres de taille et vision moderniste, c'est un régal. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Je reviendrai très certainement.

Je n'ai aucune critique à formuler.

Pros:

I've already been to this hotel about ten times, but I hadn't been there for over a year. I was pleasantly surprised by the work that has been done since then: bathrooms, wood floors, headboards, digital keys, etc. The comfort has increased, and it's very nice to see the difference (especially with the water flow, which is now perfect).
The breakfasts are even better with local products and a brand new, very sophisticated coffee machine! A very good place to rest or work!!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Comme nous l'avons indiqué à l'hôtesse d'accueil, nous avons eu du mal à trouver cet hôtel car il n'est indiqué nulle part et n'est pas visible de la rue.

Le personnel est attentif et fait le maximum pour que le séjour se passe bien. La signature olfactive n’est pas trop présente. Une mention spéciale pour la qualité de la literie. Le matelas et les oreillers sont exceptionnels. Ma chambre était spacieuse. Je reviendrai

A great place to spend a few days

My trip was during a heatwave and sadly the air conditioning was not as controllable or as cold as I would have liked.

Pros:

The professionalism of the staff! They were friendly and readily available.

Cons:

The lack of AC… It was 29.5 degrees in the room. However, the staff provided us with a fan, which things more bearable.

La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Pas d’équipement dans la chambre malgré les 4 étoiles, pas de frigo, et surtout pas de climatisation, 34 degrés dans la chambre.
Personne à la réception a 22h. Pas de pain au petit déjeuner. Le mitigeur de la douche qui ne fonctionne pas. Enfin bref, je ne sais pas où vous avez trouvé les 4 étoiles.

L'Accueil, Le personnel qui faisait son maximum

Cons:

Climatisation en panne! 30 degrés dans la chambre toute la nuit. Aucune possibilité d'ouvrir une fenêtre.
Petit Déjeuner sans pain, sans viennoiserie à 7h du matin. Il faisait meilleur à l'extérieur de l'hôtel... C'est dire.

Cons:

Il soffitto della camera era veramente troppo basso e ho temuto di non riuscire a rimanere all’interno della stanza perché , nonostante la luce, lo spazio era piccolo e mi sentivo mancare l’aria. Alle 20.00 circa ho segnalato che non funzionava la luce del bagno. Non è stata aggiustata e pertanto sia la sera sia la mattina ho dovuto lavarmi al buio ed è stato molto spiacevole
