Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick in der obersten Etage. Insgesamt hat das Hotel eine sehr schöne Ausstattung und das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Raum vom Indoorpool war zugig und dadurch kalt und ungemütlich. Das Fenster lies sich nicht verschließen.

早餐很不错，每天都有变化。位置优越，出门就是海滩，附近超市和餐馆有很多选择。房间的海景超级棒！

Cons:

唯一比较遗憾的是入住期间室内泳池因为临时的故障没有开放。

Location : amazing location, next to a beautiful beach and also not far from Airport and Palma

Cons:

There was No wi-fi in the room the water was getting partially blocked in the shower. And even after reporting it, no action has been taken.
Also there was no direct sea view, I would admit that it was mentioned on booking site.

Hôtel ferme à mon arrivée et pas prévenu par Booking inadmissible même pas de dédommagement ni de prise en charge de la part de Booking

Un séjour qui m’a permis de me détendre
Pros:

Je n’ai pas pu séjourner dans cet hôtel car l’hôtel a fermé ses portes en décembre et nous a transféré vers dans leur hôtel 5 étoiles HM Ayron Park, j’ai trouvé ça aimable de leur part car il aurait pu nous transférer vers un autre 4 étoiles. Nous avons bien été accueilli dans l’hôtel en question.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié le fait que l’établissement ne réponde pas à mes mails, j’ai du contacter Booking pour avoir plus d’information concernant le transfert.
