La cama era muy cómoda y amplia.

En algún momento este hotel fue 5 estrellas actualmente, no.
Para empezar una semana antes me notifican que me ha reubicado en otro hotel de la misma cadena aunque en otra localización, lo ofertan como algo mejor, pero nada más lejos de la realidad, las características de la habitación no se correspondían con la reserva original.
Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento, especialmente el baño.
Pero quizás lo más indignante de todo es el trato recibido en el comedor, teníamos una opción de bufé libre, pero en ningún momento ni el personal ni carteles advierten que las bebidas no están incluidas. La cantidad de comida es acertada, pero no puedo decir lo mismo de la calidad de la misma.

Снаружи отель современный и красивый, но….
В день заселения, отель был закрыт, хотя за день до этого прислали подтверждение, на входе в отель была табличка про заселение в другой отель этой же сети, но внимание если Вы с ребенком, Вам этот новый отель не подойдет, так как он только для взрослых.
И в новом отеле сотрудниками хамила, и как оказалось ругалась матом на Испанском языке, хотя мы с ней общались на Английском. Вообще будьте острожны, и лишний раз звоните уточняйте детали.

We don t think we will come back
Pros:

The breakfast was ok just the staff not so helpful and before to finish the time of closing running to remove everything in a few minutes.

Cons:

From the elevator being old and very slow to the room very small plus the walls between the rooms you can here everything from other rooms

Das Mann das Abwasser hört was in den Wänden ständig Tropft, Nervt beim einschlafen. Und hier und da könnt mal wieder renoviert werden.
