Mr Carlos à la reception très compétent , il nous a sauvé la situation in extrémis !
l'accueil de notre arrivée catastrophique due à une panne d'électricité qui a duré plus de 24h ce qui nous a causé une énorme déception ... une réclamation et un courriel a été adressé dans ce sens auquels nous n'avons eu aucune compensation ! Sachant que nous avions passé une 1ere nuit blanche et donc 48h de nos vacances gâché !

Le manque d’attention dans la chambre au deuxième jour on remet pas une bouteille d’eau y a pas de coton-tige y a pas de coton pour le prix à part du savon du shampooing et des serviettes à ce prix là c’est triste
Le personnel y est pour rien, c’est surtout au niveau de la direction d’améliorer ces choses-là même si on est au mois d’août, je suis parti avec le minimum et pour la prix et la qualité de cet hôtel. Je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux dans la salle de bain.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant. We also really enjoyed the food. We had breakfast and dinner included, and the menu offered a good variety of dishes.
We especially appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. When our daughter suddenly got sick at night, the staff was very supportive and helped us contact a doctor. Their quick assistance and care made a stressful situation much easier for us.
One day, an electrical phase went out in the building. The elevators were not working, it was dark in our room, there was no water supply (neither hot nor cold). We had to go without washing for a whole night, and we could practically do nothing in the room. This incident greatly spoiled our vacation.
Mala atención del personal recepción, súper groseros, pedí una habitación con cama doble y me dieron una con dos camas, realicé la reserva para dos personas y la otra persona no pudo llegar para hospedarse y no me hicieron un ajuste al precio que pagué, las almohadas de la habiataciknsueornincomodas ahora ser un hotel 4 estrellas 🤦🏼♀️😐
Un hotel molto accogliente e spazioso con una vista stupenda. Servizi e pulizie eccezionali. Ristorante ottimo.

Les ascenseurs sont la catastrophe: très petits, très lents, et jamais disponibles, de sorte que tout le monde utilise les escaliers.

Exceptionally clean, Food and drinks were perfect.
If I could choose one criticism, it would be there was no music by the main pool.
We had 20 hours no power electricity, all hotels around didn’t have this problem. They have very often this problem and no solution. One of the bar employee hit my wife and child with the door and no apologies. Awful elevators, you lose your holiday for a normal service.
