Gentilissima la cameriera che stava all ingresso della sala colazione. Quella coi capelli biondi corti e gli occhiali .

L’arredamento e la vicinanza alla spiaggia

Cons:

L’ascensore e’ lento e a volte siamo stati dentro molto tempo perché si fermava a piani diversi da quello prenotato

Il latte delle macchine e’ terribile e ogni giorno ho chiesto il cappuccino al bar fatto con vero latte

Schöner Aufenthalt in toller Lage mit kleinen Schwächen beim Frühstück und den Aufzügen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer mit einem schönen Balkon und Meerblick. Das Abendessen war gut, das Frühstück in Ordnung. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Vom Frühstück hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Die Qualität war eher durchschnittlich und die Auswahl zu einseitig. Auch der Kaffee hat uns leider nicht überzeugt.

Etwas störend waren außerdem die langen Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen. Das hat uns genervt, sodass wir meistens lieber die Treppen genommen haben.

Love the view.
Pros:

We had a very nice stay with a friendly staff, a clean room and beautiful views. The rooms are not big though,except the bath part. The shower room is perfect. Rooftop is an attractive part of the hotel with its views and bar. If you are a smoker, don't expect to be treated as one. There's no place to sit outside for you like in other hotels we've been to. Service is good and cleanliness as well. The food is ok, but don't expect surprises. We like that the hotel is in a more quiet area along the playa than further east towards Arenal. There's plenty of restaurants and shops in this area because of all the beach hotels around, but if you like cheaper prices, search in the streets behind these hotels. The beach is very nice, but the price for a sunbed has gone up skyways, so buy a floater to use both on land and sea. Much cheaper. Finally we think the bed was a bit hard, so sleep quality was just almost 100 procent. We considered the value of money as an average for the room and stay - we had a front sea room.

Que les transat au rooftop doit être payant sachant que tant que client on paie tout, le minimum c'est que cela serais gratuit comment dans beaucoup d'hôtel que je suis déjà allais.

Gutes Hotel, aber dann doch ein anderes HM Hotel

Die Lage zum Strand war wirklich sehr gut & auch das Abendessen hatte viel Auswahl.
Das Personal am Empfang war sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Fenster im Zimmer waren sehr dünn, sodass man alles von draußen gehört hat. Besonders, wenn die Flugzeuge starteten.
Zudem war das Housekeeping, im Gegensatz zum Rest des Personals, recht unfreundlich, nicht einmal ein einfaches Hallo, geschweige überhaupt ein Blick/ Lächeln.
Das Frühstück war auch nicht besonders.
