Pros:

De ligging was super. In het centrum van de stad en vlakbij vele heerlijke restaurantjes.
Er werd een heel goed ontbijtbuffet geserveerd met ontzettend hartelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Er was geen wc-papier houder in onze kamer.

La colazione. La posizione. Lo staff.

Cons:

Per essere un 4 stelle, mi aspettavo una camera adeguata. Mancava il frigo. Alcuni elementi del bagno erano vecchi e rovinati. Non erano presenti canali italiani tra quelli della TV.

Séjour parfait, nous reviendrons.
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé, le personnel est professionel et attentif, la chambre est grande, le lit tres confortable.
Belle salle de bain avec toilettes separés.
Jolie décoration dans l'ensemble de l'hotel, tres cosy.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et de tres bonne qualité.
La sitution géographique dans la ville.
La climatisation.

Cons:

La rue est un peu bruyante, mais nous sommes en plein centre ville.
La chambre était un peu sombre, dú á la couleur terracotta des murs.

Great location and very nice staff

Cons:

For a 4-star hotel I have to point out the amenities where extremely poor. No courtesy water bottle, no spoons, no glasses. In the (extremely small) bathroom there was no comb, toothbrush or shoe shining kit. No sleepers nor robe, either. No mini bar service. And after 10pm the only room service they offer are assorted cheeses or assorted charcuterie...
