Pas à la hauteur des services proposés en général par les Hôtels Mercure. Hôtels

Emplacement pour les visites de la ville et nuit calme
Literie excellente

Cons:

Il faut arriver à l’ Hôtel à pied pour apprendre qu’il est possible d’obtenir un code à la réception pour lever les bornes d’accès des rue piétons entourant l’ Hôtel et ce pour une dépose minute des bagages. De plus la Réception a été incapable de nous dire quel circuit emprunter pour accéder à l’Hotel.Le parking public le plus proche est a environ 300mètres avec une rampe d’accès aux étages inférieurs tres étroites., à déconseiller .L’emplacement qui a prime abord devrait rendre le séjour agréable commence par le cauchemar de l’accès et puis du stationnement.


Douche minuscule, eau toujours froide après plusieurs minutes d’attente , pas à la hauteur du standing habituel des Hôtels Mercure

Très bel hôtel, bien situé, propre et bonne literie, nous recommandons :)
Pros:

La literie, l insonorisation (une fois la fenêtre fermée), la propreté, l emplacement et le personnel sont supers !

Cons:

Petit bémol, un frigo dans la chambre aurait été le bienvenu.
