L'accueil : j'avais fait une erreur de date pour une réservation non annulable. La réceptionniste nous a donné directement des clés de chambres, a dit qu'elle allait arranger le problème et nous a demandé de passer plus tard pour régulariser la situation. Gentillesse et efficacité. Merci. La situation est idéale en centre ville si on vient à pieds.

La situation, idéale en centre ville, mais presque innaccessible en voiture. L'accès à nos chambres demande de monter et descendre 3 ou 4 séries de petits escaliers.

Very comfortable stay and memorable hotel

It was very well located, the staff was lovely, it was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities we wanted, nice city views, great decor and a really good breakfast if a bit expensive (but the express option was great for me as I don’t really eat a big breakfast). Overall an amazing experience :)

Cons:

The TV wasn’t smart/ the screen mirroring option was not working, and there is one speaker in the lobby that wasn’t working well and made the music distorted and sound bad, other than that everything was perfect!

Accueil sympathique et efficace, hôtel très bien situé, chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Parfum d'ambiance beaucoup trop présent et entêtant .
