Pros:

This was a fabulously located hotel , no frills, small rooms, just the basics one needs for a city break when one is going to be out and about, but the critical elements were there, high level of cleanliness, good beds , sensible easily managed showers, and outstandingly helpful staff on duty 24/7. I have highly recommended this venue to friends.
I visited in late May, I would think heat could be an issue for mid summer /heatwave conditions because there is no aircon, but windows can be opened and there were large fans in the rooms, so I cannot judge this aspect.

Personale disponibile, gentile e accogliente. Ci hanno offerto la possibilità di un posto in un parcheggio a pagamento distante 5 minuti abbondanti a piedi a un prezzo scontato. Posizione molto centrale. Colazione abbastanza varia, dolce e salata.

Cons:

Hotel da ristrutturare. Le camere sono piccole, con moquette, bagno con accessori doccia rotti e molto piccolo, estremamente caldo e privo di aria condizionata, purtroppo abbiamo dormito malissimo nonostante gentilmente ci abbiano fatto cambiare stanza (la prima sarebbe stata ancora peggio). I ventilatori e le pale nelle camere non sono sufficienti.

Le personnel est tres gentil

Cons:

l'établissement n'est PAS CLIMATISE, ce que j'aurais aimé savoir à l'avance en pleine canicule, j'aurais annulé ma reservation. Ma chambre était un four, et une fois les fenetres ouvertes , ce fut le bruit de la rue le soucis (travaux, passage, tram..)

Lo mejor es la ubicación. Las toallas, nuevas y las cambiaban cada día.

Cons:

No funciona el ascensor. Un calor insoportable, pese a haber ventilador. En el baño hay muy poca luz y se salía el agua por la mampara. Suelo de moqueta antigua. Habitación que da para un patio oscuro y pequeño.

Posizione centralissima in una via molto elegante con tanti negozi ed una bellissima libreria nelle vicinanze. A due passi dalla Cattedrale, da molti locali e dalla fermata del tram, anche per l'aeroporto. Staff gentilissimo e che si fa in quattro per aiutare. Buona la colazione anche se essenziale.

Cons:

Mi è stata assegnata una camera al quarto piano senza ascensore con scale molto ripide. Ho dovuto chiedere aiuto per portare su la valigia. La stanza ha moquette dappertutto e purtroppo, è piena di polvere. Io sono allergica agli acari della polvere ed ho avuto una terribile reazione allergica. Pur essendo un Hotel, non ha l'aria condizionata, ma solo una pala a soffitto che ha reso difficile dormire nelle calde notti di luglio.
