Experience modern comfort in every room, equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, minibar, and a private balcony or terrace. The hotel also offers free WiFi throughout the property.

Located just 200 meters from the beach, enjoy the outdoor pool with a bar, buffet breakfast, and à la carte dinner. Explore nearby golf courses or take advantage of the bike rental for a leisurely ride. With easy access to Palma centre and the airport, your perfect getaway awaits at Paradiso Garden.

Important information:

Please note that the shuttle service to and from the airport must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and carries an additional cost. The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival and may include extra charges. For nonrefundable bookings, guests are required to present a photo ID and the credit card used to make the reservation at check-in.

Mini-bar items, spa treatments, and any services not included in the room rate will incur extra charges. The spa is open exclusively to adults; however, children are allowed access from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM only and must be accompanied by an adult. The Turkish Bath and Sauna are open daily for adults over 18 years old only.



Free entry to our spa facilities with a reservation at reception.
Children (up to 15 years old) can access the spa from 11:00 to 13:00, always accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, the sauna and Turkish bath are for guests aged 16 and over only.When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Perfect staff service, very clean, all amenities you might need, good spa!

Cons:

The mattress was uncomfortable! I have back problem and soft mattresses make me sore otherwise hotel is great for price - quality range!

Outstanding hotel! Highly Recommend.
Pros:

Beautiful, modern hotel. It's not massive, but you get a sense of spaciousness and luxury.
Outstanding customer service!! From Reception, the cleaning staff, to the Spa staff as well.
Spa and gym facilities included.
Very spacious, elegant and above standard room (for 4*). Very close to the airport yet you don't hear traffic or planes at all! Super close to the beach/promenade and a couple of supermarkets (local + Lidl). Outside space/courtyard filled with palm trees and rattan seating area, giving a very relaxing "holiday" vibe, even in February :)
The cherry on top was when they went above and beyond in helping me "rescue" my son's teddy elephant which we accidently left behind. He's back home with us now :)
I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a high-quality place to stay, with a kind and flexible Staff (which for me was essential) in Palma!

Cons:

Food was a bit too salty for me, and a very small variety, especially for room service.
Spa pool had these 2 massive jets/faucets that were blasting water making is extremely noisy and not relaxing at all (more appropriate for a theme park or a resort, not a spa). You could not hear the calming music at all and my autistic son was very scared of them, so we only went once. Water was rather chilly for a spa as well. But the staff was very kind and helpful, and even went the extra mile as to offer us an early entry, considering my son's disability - much appreciated!
I would perhaps recommend that you make the jets optional (ie. if someone specifically asks for them, or have an on/off button next to them?) The hot tub was warm (not hot) and no bubbles.

Son políticas de la empresa
Pros:

El personal, tanto en el desayuno y en especial la cena, ya que estaba Daniel, súper majo y profesional, en todo momento queriendo ayudar, un 10.
La ubicación es un punto a favor, normalmente tenías para aparcar y muy tranquilo.

Cons:

Que el desayuno no fuera antes de las 8:00. Para los que hacemos deporte no ayuda que no fuera antes. Además tampoco te hacen un picnic para llevar, política de la empresa decían. De todos los hoteles que he estado en Mallorca es la primera vez que me pasa 😢
Te daban la opción de tomarte un café y poco más si ibas antes de las 8:00.
No culpo al personal, todos fueron fantásticos, son órdenes pero quizás tendrían que dar más soluciones.
El personal de recepción tampoco me gustó mucho, no diré todos, pero nada que ver con el de limpieza, desayuno y cena.
A pesar de todo les doy un 10 como nota final, no quiero empañar el trabajo de muchos por la falta de profesionalidad de otros.

Weekend stay in February
Pros:

The breakfast had a good variety of options. We had dinner at the restaurant one night as well as it was very good. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The accommodations were clean and the area was pretty quiet (in February). Easy access to the beach, public transportation, etc. Beautiful sunset view from our balcony.

Cons:

The double bed was not the best - 2 twins pushed together. The covers were too small. The room overall was a bit claustrophobic. Our room was hot and the thermostat didn't work. We notified the staff, but it didn't get fixed. The jacuzzi was also not hot one day we went.

Приятный отель , хорошее расположение , персонал приветливый.
Завтраки вкусные , немного не разнообразны , но голодным не оставят .
Уютное, тихое ,спокойное место .
Номера чистые .

Заказали еду в номер . Вок был настолько сильно пересоленным, что казалось , что я ем море )

Sehr schönes Hotel an der Playa
Pros:

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Frühstück top. Zimmer top. Personal war auch top.

Cons:

Die Dampfsauna hat ein bisschen modrig gerochen. Und der Innenpool hätte ein bisschen wärmer sein können. So war es aber perfekt.

Modern Sauber bequeme Betten schöne Aussicht

Cons:

Zimmer Nummerierung am Boden ganz unten wo niemand hin schaut und dann auch noch etwas zurück gesetzt. Sorry aber habe ich noch nie in einem Hotel gesehen vorallem wenn man das erste mal da ist. Absolut sinnlos und unübersichtlich. Dem Architekt sollte man die Lizenz entziehen
