Localizacion y comodidad estupenda a un precio razonable
Pros:

Ubicación estupenda, personal amable y eficiente, nos hicieron upgrading de la habitación totalmente gratuito. El desayuno también muy bien.

Cons:

El espacio para el desayuno era un poco pequeño, pero teniendo en cuenta el tamaño del hotel, tampoco se puede pedir mucho más.

Séjour agréable ,malgrè la vu sur un bâtiment

Petit déjeuné très bien ainsi que le personnel .

Cons:

Dans la chambre le radiateur de la SDE ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que le radiateur d'a point de la chambre pour le prix nous avions un bâtiment en travaux juste devant;

Le personnel agréable, serviable et d’une gentillesse remarquable, l’emplacement, parfait pour un week-end à Biarritz et ses alentours

Cons:

Malheureusement, le lit double et en réalité, deux lit simple collée! Donc difficile de dormir correctement avec le trou au milieu de plus, la sonorisation n’était pas au maximum . Quel dommage pour si belle établissement

Tout ! J’ai eu la chance d’être surclassée dans l’hôtel la suite qui est une annexe du Windsor, l’hôtel est neuf, la déco superbe, petit plus vue mer, au calme, petit dej excellent et personnel au p’tit soin. Je recommande à 100%

Expérience pas convaincante mais l’emplacement est top.
Pros:

L’espace dans la chambre. La localisation. Le confort de la literie. Le personnel à l’accueil. Le dessert servi via le room services.

Cons:

Le personnel du petit déjeuner en l’occurrence la dame au service. Impossible de l’oublier. Désagréable. J’ai voulu me resservir un cappuccino qu’elle m’a « placé » à l’autre bout de la table sans un mot. Elle dénotait furieusement avec les jeunes femmes de l’accueil et globalement avec l’hôtel lui-même. Ça laisse une empreinte assez désagréable. Ok pour la démarche eco responsable mais ça gâche le plaisir des petites attentions qui ont disparu des chambres cf la photo.
