Perfect stay in a well deserved Hotel

Nothing to comment on
But the hotel is an old building but fully Restored well to fit a 4 star hotel
The lifts are preserved
So it’s the old styles of elevators

Quelle déception, digne d’un 2 étoiles pas plus

Cons:

Si vous êtes amateur de futon alors la rigidité du matelas devrait vous plaire, dormir au sol serait plus confortable. Quand au personnel du vendredi, même registre, aussi raid que la justice. Nous avions précisé lors de la réservation que c’était l’anniversaire de Madame, le mot d’accueil stipule « joyeux anniversaire de mariage » comment vous dire que vous êtes hors sujet ? C’est la 4eme fois que nous venons, toujours sur les hauteurs de l’hôtel, et là nous sommes au second, vue toiture de la piscine en travaux, au top ! Nous avons demandé si quelque chose était possible, le discours était « c’est comme ça pas autrement », en plus jolie. Bref 1 ou 2 c’est déjà cher payé mais ça équivaut à l’étage de notre chambre ce jour ci. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Un hotel ideal en Biarritz
Pros:

Ubicación muy buena en el centro de Biarritz y en frente de la playa. Hay un parking público justo debajo del hotel. Las habitaciones tenían todo lo necesario y la cama muy cómoda. Importante además, eran silenciosas. Personal de todo el hotel muy amable.
El desayuno muy completo y muy rico.

Cons:

Por proponer una recomendación: Ya que Biarritz está tan cerca de España y tiene mucho turismo español, estaría bien poder sintonizar alguna cadena en la TV de la habitación en castellano.
