Très bon petit déjeuner et bonne literie
L'emplacement de la chambre face à un mur.
La situation de l'hôtel à moins d'un kilomètre (10mn) à pied du casino. Possibilité de garer un vehicule dans un garage sécurisé. Un ventilateur dans la chambre.Petit déjeuner à la carte.

This is a perfect place for a short stay. It is walking distance to downtown, and a stones throw to bus stops (the bus system is excellent). It is welcoming, warm and well decorated, very stylish. The breakfast is good value for Eur 12. Rooms are bright and clean, and though small, provide all that an active person or couple require. The wifi was weak in the room upstairs, but in the foyer, which has comfortable rocker chairs and a couch, the upload / download speeds are good.
Ideally rooms would contain a small fridge for milk: us British heritage folk like cold milk with our tea.

On s’est fait crié dessus par le réceptionniste.
Bien rattrapé par la gérante mais clairement tout a été une problématique à notre arrivée.
Check in tardif compliqué, on nous demande des identifiants banquaire par téléphone ce qui est clairement lunaire comme demande. La réservation avec bébé n’était pas passée et un réceptionniste qui semble avoir 14 ans se permet de nous crier dessus après 6 h de voiture…. Plutôt mauvaise expérience là dessus.
La gérante a bien rattrapé le truc et a été plutôt professionnelle néanmoins
