The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and definitely attempted go up and beyond when asked.

Shouldn’t really be putting a family in a room having renovations!

Reception was friendly

Cons:

Large hole in roof for air con. Screw sticking out the floor (where should be a door stopper) which I knocked my foot into. No mini bar - a small fridge with no plug socket so couldn’t be used. Wires sticking out the wall (dangerous with kids around) , no garden view, no pool facilities available as out of order .
