The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and definitely attempted go up and beyond when asked.

Shouldn’t really be putting a family in a room having renovations!

Cons:

Large hole in roof for air con. Screw sticking out the floor (where should be a door stopper) which I knocked my foot into. No mini bar - a small fridge with no plug socket so couldn’t be used. Wires sticking out the wall (dangerous with kids around) , no garden view, no pool facilities available as out of order .

Si stano face do i lavori nelle stanze accanto…… nella nostra stabza il
Soffitto non era ancora verniciato ….
Sul corridoio la moquette era straliena di polvere e presentava scollamento…….
Nella doccia appena un filo d’acqua….
Al ristorante per la collazione un servizio che lascia desiderare…..

Non tornerò mai più in questa struttura, mi dispiace.

Bagno, wc non totalmente funzionante, doccia cabina tutta rotta...camera piccola per 4 persone. Donna addetta alla colazione alla fine ci ha tolto tutto quello che c'era sul tavolo dove eravamo seduti in modo veramente scortese senza dire neanche una frase.

Colazione ottima, la reception malgrado l'arrivo dopo le 24 era presente e collaborativa. La struttura ok

Cons:

La stanza che ci hanno assegnato era un po' datata, ho visto delle altre più nuove. Non ho capito il criterio di assegnazione (ci sono stanze ristrutturate ed altre no). Per il resto tutto ok

Pros:

Il personale é tra i più gentili e disponibili che abbia mai visto. Nulla da dire, hanno reso il soggiorno perfetto a prescindere da qualsiasi pecca o piccolo difetto abbia riscontrato nella struttura.

Cons:

Volessi proprio fare una critica costruttiva qualche presa in più non guasterebbe.
