Struttura comoda e funzionale
Pros:

È una struttura comoda per chi come noi ha dovuto effettuare partenze la mattina presto, essendo molto vicina all'aeroporto appunto. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, stanze garbate e pulite. Soggiorni brevi per noi ma piacevoli.

It was great and I would recommend it to anyone
Pros:

The personal help from Gennaro was amazing. I was coming in off a train and trying to coordinate getting to the hotel. He was amazing helping with the taxi and all communication. After that, I arrived rather late and not feeling well. He was helpful to ensure I could get something to eat after I put my bags in the room. And, to top it off, it was one of the best meals I had in Italy!

Perfect voor een nacht dichtbij het vliegveld.
Pros:

Vrienelijk ontvangst, heel ruime kamer, goed bed.

Cons:

De douchecabine was heel klein, sproeikoppen vol met kalk en hendel van de klein viel er af.
Het restaurant ging om 19.30 uur open, maar een kwartier later was nog niemand te zien. Het personeel heeft geen oog voor de gasten, ook tijdens het diner is hun aandacht bij hun telefoon.

Propre et bien situé
Pros:

Situé proche de l'aéroport. Petit déjeuner poposé même avec un départ tôt le matin(dans un sachet)
Bon rapport qualité prix au restaurant.
Sympatique petite piscine.
Grand, propre, personnel accueuillant
Parking gratuit

Cons:

Il est en cours de refection donc encore quelques petits points à améliorer comme les tapis qui ondulent dans les étages, mais c'est en cours d'être corrigé

Love the staff! Great price compare to others on the market. Would visit again!
Pros:

The staffs were very professional and always willing to help the most difficult task. The event setting was extremely beautiful for all our activities.

Cons:

The bathrooms and the meals were not as excepted, less option to choose from, and the bathroom facility was broken and a bit unpleasant for use.
But everything else was amazing.

Servicio de limpieza a mejorar
Pros:

El check in ya que el recepcionista fue muy amable y atento. La ducha magnífica y la cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

La ubicación horrible. La limpieza deben revisarla porque habia pelos y pelusas en el suelo, bastantes. Nos pusieron un rollo de papel higiénico empezado que llegando a las 4pm, a las 5am, nos quedamos sin papel siendo un inconveniente enorme. El precio del gin tonic desorbitado en vaso de plástico y de cumpleaños, un robo. Durante el check out, el recepcionista sabiendo nuestra hora de salida al haber reservado el taxi y desayuno tuvimos que llamarlo ya que estaba durmiendo, nos hizo pagar sin darnos la factura sin saber que estábamos pagando ,sin poder revisar. El desayuno muy pobre, un croissant de supermercado, una manzana y un paquete de galletas. Ni siquiera un café estando en Napoles. Pequeños detalles que dejan al cliente decepcionado.
