Must renovate
Pros:

Great location and very convenient parking. The room was spacious and nice, but the hotel clearly needs renovation. The shower water pressure was very weak and staff said nothing could be done.
Towels were small and old, and we were told only one towel per person was available, with no extra towels even for the spa, which was quite unreasonable.
No mimibar in the room.
Very dark room with little lights.
Breakfast was very poor: coffee machines didn’t work, the dining area was not clean, there was little staff, and the food selection was very limited with zero fresh vegetables.
Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but it is not well maintained.

Over all - very expensive for the value.

Tres bel emplacement. Encore un effort pour tirer le service vers le haut pour etre au niveau de bon 4 etoiles.
Pros:

Le spa. La proximité du port.

Cons:

Le service. Des jeunes ayant tres peu de diplômes pour le service et restant tres peu concernés par ce qui les entoure. Notamment au petit dejeuner.

Les chambres au top peut être prévoir des sandales pour ceux qui ont pas, pour l'accès aux spa.

Chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle.Le Spa très appréciable car compris dans le prix de la chambre.
Par contre l'accès au Spa et les vestiaires méritent d'être améliorés.
