Augusta hôtel the best customer service ever
Pros:

Sincèrement, l'hôtel était super propre et tout était simple d'accès.

Le personnel de lacceuil nous a reçu de la bonne manière. Ils ont même pu changer notre chambre pour une chambre adapté au personnes âgées. Ils ont toujours répondu à nos demandes ( taxi, information)

Le personnel du restaurant était très aimable et fesaient en sorte que notre nourriture soit de qualité !

Le maître nageur a pu aider mon papa à s'installer et profiter de la piscine merci pour tout .

Les femmes de chambres ont fait un travail remarquable , la chambre à toujours été propre et nos serviettes remplacées à chaque fois .

Cons:

The sea view is disappointing.Tv in the bedroom did not work.Smell coming through the bedroom vent , when went down to let them know, they said they didn't understand.Not enough information regarding bus routes,places to visit, felt we just had to figure it out ourselves.

A brilliant 5 night stay . Lovely warm staff, and fab accommodation!
Pros:

Staff were wonderful. So friendly.
Breakfast buffet was lovely, as was any food we had . Our reason for visit was to visit Palma, and so we did not always have lunch or dinner at hotel.

Cons:

Our fault, however thought we were a little bit closer to centre. We made full use of Bus service/ taxi on return.
Did not affect us, however area around hotel hilly so maybe not suit all. Also the 1 bed appt sleeping/ sofa area open plan so not a separate bedroom as such .
