Pros:

La propreté et le personnel, l'hôtel est un peu loin de tout mais à 5 min de marche il y a le centre commercial, et l'arrêt de bus

Cons:

Pas de sécurité enfant au niveau de la porte du balcon, nous avons déplace le canapé pour la bloquer

Pros:

Tout était absolument top ! C’était hyper propre, le personnel très agréable, le buffet du petit déjeuner avec son large choix était top !

Cons:

Ma mère est resté enfermé dans les toilettes de la piscine ! Impossible de rouvrir depuis l’intérieur. Quand la maître nageuse lui a demandé d’où elle venait que ma mère a répondu France, la maître nageuse a rigolé !! Pourquoi ????!!

It’s my second time in Maiorca. I love here, but I don’t recommend this hotel and would never come back.
Pros:

The hotel was ok

Cons:

All the employees don’t care about you. All of them hate to work. They are always in a bad mood. Don’t even say hy when you get in the hotel. One of them scoffed to me when I asked for 20 min late check out. When I asked to the waitress for some water on my boatle in the breakfast, he said NO!!! Because we can’t take food from the restaurant. I said, it’s only water because my taxi in on the way to the airport. The pool opens at 11 and closes at 7. So, it’s almost impossible to use. And you have to pay 10 euros for each towel you use.

Bellissima sorpresa per il giorno del mio compleanno un dolce ed una bottiglia di prosecco in stanza.

Fiyat/konaklama dengesi pahalı, değmezdi.
Pros:

Personel güleryüzlüydü. Merkezi sayılır.

Cons:

Temizlik rezalet, odada hamamböceği vardı.
Ayrıca odada minibar gibi birşey yok, ilk gün su vardı, sonraki günlerde oda yoktu. Aslında pansiyonu otel adlandırmışlar.
