Ottimo albergo
Pros:

Struttura moderna, curata e tranquilla. Si trova appena fuori dal centro ma in posizione strategica. Ottima colazione. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità e la climatizzazione della sala colazioni. Bella piscina, vengono forniti anche gli asciugamani. Camera spaziosa e curata, con vari piani di appoggio. Letti comodi. Bagno sufficientemente grande con doccia. Comodo il parcheggio a pagamento, perché pur essendoci parcheggio pubblico in strada, non si trova posto.

Cons:

Se devo proprio trovare un difetto, non si vede il mare.

Pros:

Camera ampia e pulita, ha subito una ristrutturazione. Zero dotazioni incluse. Teli per la piscina da noleggiare a parte. Staff cordiale. Colazione buona, non eccellente. Non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio in strada gratuito durante tutto il soggiorno (mese di Giugno). Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccessivo rapportato a una qualsiasi capitale europea o altra delle Baleari o delle Canarie.

Cons:

Troppo caro il pernotto rispetto al livello delle strutture, in questo hotel e sull’intera isola.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Todo estuvo muy bien. Se destaca el desayuno y la comodidad de la habitación.

Cons:

El dia de nuestra llegada había una recepcionista nueva y con poca predisposición. El resto del personal fue excelente.

Pros:

Personal an der Rezeption, Küchenpersonal und Reinigungspersonal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotel nicht zu überfüllt, nicht zu laut. Wunderschöne Aussicht. Frühstück sehr gut und viel. Klimaanlage funktioniert top. Super Lage. Ich würd meine nächsten Aufenthalte auch dort verbringen!

Muy buena opción para alojar y conocer Palma
Pros:

La ubicación, ya que es relativamente fácil acceder a locomoción colectiva para ir al Centro de Mallorca.
El personal muy atento, dispuestos a ayudar. Especial mención a Elena
Desayuno muy bueno, muy variado.
Camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

La caja de seguridad algo antigua en su funcionamiento.
Gimnasio pequeño. Solo para 4 personas

Overpriced with bad customer service.
There was a fee for the pool towels, we paid 20 euros cash and was supposed to get it back, which we didn't because the receptionist was not able to find the cash... unacceptable!

The AC is very loud, we could hear even the ones from the rooms next door.
And for the ladies, there was no hair conditioner in a 4**** hotel.
