Great hotel
Pros:

This is comfortable, no-frills hotel with excellent staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a reasonably priced bar and restaurant. It was just what we needed.

Cons:

It is in a hilly area of Palma, so be prepared, but taxis to the centre are less than 10 euros.

Bellissima esperienza
Pros:

Struttura curata, camera molto bella e pulita, estremamente ampia, nuova e dotata di ogni comfort, con un balcone molto ampio che affacciava sulla piscina. Vicinissima al centro di Palma.
Personale gentile

Cons:

La struttura purtroppo non è molto vicina a diverse spiagge, consigliato noleggio auto.
Check-in dalle 14:00 non troppo comodo e parcheggio a pagamento.

Big and clean Appartment that's it.

Cons:

Ancienne machine à café sans filtre a disposition. Pas de bouilloire pour l'eau, les thés etc. Hotel loin de tout. Il faut un bus ou un taxi pour aller à la plage. Rapport qualité/prix pas top.

A pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at BQ Augusta Hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and the hotel itself was well maintained. The pool area was one of the highlights — large, relaxing and very enjoyable, especially after a day exploring Mallorca. We also had a very good experience at the hotel restaurant, where the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and relaxed, which made it a nice place to return to at the end of the day.

Cons:

There were, however, a few drawbacks.

Some details of the property felt slightly dated and could benefit from a refresh. The location is also a little removed from the centre of Palma, so it is not the most convenient option if you want to explore the city mainly on foot, although getting around by car, taxi or public transport is quite easy.

The staff were always polite and professional, although our interactions sometimes felt a little more formal and impersonal than particularly warm or welcoming.

The hotel was also quite expensive for the overall experience. While the stay was certainly comfortable and enjoyable, considering the slightly dated feel and the location, the value for money could have been better.

Muy bien, tanto el trato de los trabajadores como el hotel y la ubicación. Lo recomiendo sin duda.
Pros:

La verdad que está en una zona tranquila, y nosotras que no cogimos coche de alquiler en taxi en 3 minutos estábamos en el centro, muy cómodo, y al irnos nos íbamos más tarde y nos dejaron quedarnos en la piscina y ducharnos en las instalaciones de bajo, así que genial. También está cerca de una cala preciosa en la que puedes ir en autobús.

Cons:

Si volviese, volvería allí.

Struttura bella ordinata e pulita al centro di Palma. Lontana dalle spiagge più belle dell’isola. Personale accogliente, disponibile e gentile 24/24h. Stanza ampia e luminosa con aria condizionata inclusa.

Cons:

La colazione è troppo costosa rispetto al cibo disponibile. Il parcheggio si paga e si deve prenotare poiché i posti sono limitati
