Magnifica ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación y el trato del personal son magníficos. Las camas muy buenas.

Cons:

El hotel no parece un 4 estrellas, esta bastante viejo y deteriorado el baño. No teníamos gel ni toallas en uno de los baños, tuvimos que bajar para que nos lo suministraran.

Hotel se 4 rstrellas que muy buen podría ser de 3 estrellas
Cons:

No limpiaron la habitación porque las horas que pudimos dejarla y pusimos el cartel de "Por favor arreglen la habitación" (de 10:15 a 14:15 y de 16:15 en adelante NO LIMPIABAN).
No habíaa crema corporal en la habitacion, y tampoco cuando se la pedimos, sólo gel de baño y champú ( es un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero muy bien podía ser de 3) .
Muy mal mantenido (suelo roto, grifería lavabo....)

A very comfortable hotel in a very convenient location.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, our room had windows we could open and was on a quiet street. There was a kettle and coffee machine that worked and a good shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had everything we needed. The hotel was easy walking distance to the central station from airport and the main railway station and to to all the places we wanted to visit.

Cons:

We had two nights here, one at the beginning and one at the end of our stay. We enjoyed our stays and felt the hotel suited our needs well. However I think it was advertised as a 4 star hotel and I’m not sure I would say it had the luxury feel I would expect with 4 stars and a ‘boutique’ hotel.

Armaturen im Bad sehr abgenutzt. Duschkopf knickte ständig weg

Great location. Big bed.

Cons:

The main issue was there was a bad smell of drains especially in the room. We told the staff but they didn't seem to care and blamed the rain. However our friends staying in a nearby hotel had no bad smell. Overall the hotel did not feel like a 4 star.

Posizione comoda e struttura pulita
Pros:

La posizione molto vicina al centro e in una zona tranquilla

Cons:

Dimensioni della camera che risulta un po’ angusta. Avrei preferito la doccia alla vasca da bagno. Molto bene la presenza del bidet. Esagerato il costo della colazione a 17€ a persona che non abbiamo mai fatto in hotel ma in un vicinissimo bar con brioches e cappuccino molto buoni

Luftigt rum. Frukost ok. Säng och kudde ok. Bytte handdukar varje dag (vilket i och för sig inte behövs). Badrummet städades bra. Avstånd till hamn och centrum var bra. Hotellet ligger vid en trång bakgata. Fördelen med det var att där inte gick mycket trafik.

Cons:

Frukostrummet, loung och reception var samma rum. Dörren in på hotellet slöt inte helt tätt och det blev svalt i detta stora rum. Personalen var vänlig men gav inte det där lilla extra, ett leende eller så. Hotellet var lyhört. Trångt i garaget. Golvet i rummet städades inte bra. Nackdelen med att hotellet ligger vid en bakgata är att det var fult och nästan lite läskigt fast vi kände oss inte rädda.
