Went as Father and Daughter for a week, Had a fantastic time, food is good and worth it, rooms are nice, cleaned every day, All the staff are very helpful and are always there when you need them. Big shoutout to the Animation team George, Lola and Hernan, Always activities during the day and fantastic entertainment in the evening for example, Karaoke, Cabaret, Live Acts, Bingo, Quizzes and Much more. This was our 2nd time here, and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend booking All inclusive. It's worth it, Great for all ages. Location is great 5-10 minute walk to shops and bars, Bus stop right outside the hotel, Beach directly opposite the back gate.

Párádní místo blízko vlakové stanice, krásná pláž s promedánou. Luxusní jídlo, velký výběr, milý personál, čistota všude. Spousy míst na odpočinek, bázen, u restaurace , na trávníku. Přijemné místo, v blízkosti šumu, kde se dá cokoliv dělat. :) Poměr cena, služby = nadmíru spokojení.

My husband has a disability, I requested a room with a view. If he was unwell we could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. We were given a disabled room GF with a great view. Hotel spotless & food good. All staff were excellent.

Just got back from staying here and it was ok.
I’ll start with the positives
- very clean
- right on the beach
- staff are lovely & work hard
- breakfast was good, wide variety
Now the negatives
- no fridge in the room
- very basic furniture
- small pool for the size of the hotel
- pool bar not open (but end of season)
- food was often only luke warm
- food was also very samey every night
While I wouldn’t return to this hotel we did have a nice time.

First impressions not good room was clean but need of up-date and as others have commented lacked fridge, hair dryer and tea making facilities. However, opinion soon changed. Excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful, particularly in the restaurant. Although limited variation throughout the week found the choice reasonable. Overall impression excellent value for money.

Amazing hotel. Staff lovely, food good variety and microwaves to warm up if needed. Entertainment staff, Lola, George and Hernans hilarious 😂. Eida and Havier friendly and fun bar staff. All staff from house keeping to Manager helpful and friendly. Booked again for next year even though only just back after our recent visit! 5th time!

We first visited this hotel the year before Globales took over After they took it over it got better every year until this year nothing wrong with staff and cleanliness but oh the food especially evening meal we were half board was terrible and repetitive the rice was the best thing It has certainly put us of ever booking again which is a shame as we loved this hotel

First time at Globales Gardenia. Had a wonderful time. Staff excellent especially Pilar at reception. Very helpful and friendly. Could nit fault hotel at all. Across the road from the sea. Can't wait to return. Many thanks 😊

Been to this hotel many times over the past 8 years. Very chilling and enjoyable, familiar. I did feel that the food was very below par this year with little variety and also cold many times. There seemed like a shortage of staff in the dining room this year and tables took a long time to reset. Unless this situation improves I will not be booking again for a while. All members of our group felt the same. 11 of us. Such a shame, it is bad business policy to down grade food quality in an all inclusive hotel. Where did grilled tomatoes and fried bread go from the breakfast menu. Also frying one egg at a time just caused large queues and frustration. I never had the patience to wait for one.

We arrived 1 hour later than expected, the reception told us they had saved us some food which was a nice gesture. We requested a low floor with a bath got 1st floor with sea view .The beds were big and lovely and comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Great location gate out of garden to the beach. Only back after a two year gap due to my wife’s pregnancy.here with the baby and couldnt wait to get back .have been several times in the past and will no doubt return many times in the future.the staff are above and beyond friendly and courteous.the cleaning staff are exceptional and the views are out of this world .we came for my wife’s birthday and will be booking as soon as we return for my birthday next year.have no reserves recommending 100 per cent

Just come home from a 4 night stay. Nice hotel and grounds, beach and prom at the back of the hotel. The room was clean, comfy beds and pillows, powerful shower, didn't expect air con to be still on so that was a bonus, No need to reserve a sun lounger although some had towels on with no-one using them for hours on end. Evening entertainment was ok, but difficult to get a good view as too many pillars near the stage area. Food was a let down, repetitive, not hot and although there were microwaves - they weren't large enough to put a dinner plate in - so a bit pointless. It was warm enough to eat our meals outside so that was nice. Wifi is free but you have to get the reception staff to log you on - they don't give out the password, we kept loosing connection also. All in all a great holiday except for the food.

Hotel was okay, not too busy, we went the first week in October.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
It’s a bit out of the way, but close to train station and bus stops and a beach.
Okay if you’re happy walking or taxi etc..
Food was not terrible, but not good either, you get what you pay for.
We had a lovely view from the 2nd floor.
Lifts were always busy especially at meal times.
The pool looked very uninviting with a guard rail all the way around it.
Not complaining, but I don’t think I’d go again because of the location.

This is a great family hotel. It’s a little out dated but it makes up for it in other ways. All the staff are amazing from the check in to the cleaners. I have to say a very special thanks to the entertainment team Lola, George and Hearián. They really know how to look after guests and make a holiday enjoyable, entertained and make you feel welcome. The bar staff have been amazing as well from Noelle, Aida to name a few they know how to make some mean drinks 😮. They have gone out of their way to accommodate our requirements. They always have a smile when greeting you and happy to see you. Before you ask they all ready know what your going to order which is amazing considering the amount of guests they serve it’s a nice touch. To be honest I don’t think they get enough credit for everything they all do. We are all ready planning our next stay and can’t wait to come back.
