Pros:

Très bien placé. Personnel réception, petit-déjeuner et des étages très aimables. Piscine composée de 3 petits bassins agréables. Petit déjeuner très correct. Chambres un peu petites si long séjour.

Cons:

Un seul petit ascenseur pour les clients et le personnel, parfois un peu trop d'attente mais rien d'important.

Nous avons déploré une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre qui a persisté malgré l'aération de la pièce.
Nous avons été déçues par la disposition des bassins dits de "détente", un accès difficile et une température un peu fraîche de l'eau.

Bien mais peut mieux faire
Pros:

Très joli hôtel dans l'ensemble. Espace piscine sublime. Température de l'eau tout à fait correcte. Petit déjeuner suffisant et bon, très belle réactivité du personnel qui m'a renseigné très gentiment concernant un risque allergique. Salle du petit déjeuner magnifique. Oui la piscine est au dessus mais elle n'ouvre qu'à 14h donc bien après l'heure du petit déjeuner. Jolie chambre dans l'ensemble, merci pour l'eau dans le minibar. Le bar est ouvert très tard ce qui est très appréciable. Le fort de cet hôtel c'est sa localisation, proche de tous les bars, restaurants d'un quartier sympa et animé, plein de petites rues sympathique et entre Rhône et Saône.

Cons:

La chambre est jolie mais la décoration est désuète. La moquette au sol m'a causé une allergie sévère dans la nuit. La baignoire ne s'écoulait pas. L'alarme incendie trop sensible qui s'enclenche à 11h et qui n'est pas rapidement débranchée alors que fausse alerte (la vapeur d'une baignoire a suffi à la declancher).

Bel hotel très bien situé
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville. Le personnel est au top et toujours à votre disposition. Les chambres sont propres

Cons:

Salle de bain typée année 90 avec la baignoire qui fait office de douche et la faible efficacité de la vmc

Great stay in the heart of Lyon
Pros:

The property was very centrally located, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

A little small/close for two people that do not sleep together. Did not really like the relaxation pool. Very low roof and hard to get in/out of or walk around.

Erinomainen sijainti Lyonin vanhan kaupungin läheisyydessä, aivan Terreauxin aukion vieressä ja lähellä Saone-jokea. Lähettyvillä runsaasti hyviä ravintoloita, bouchoneita, kahviloita ja museoita. Kylpyhuone oli uudehko, ja siellä oli kylpyamme. Huoneessa oli leveä sänky ja minibaari. Hotellissa oli myös pienehkö uima-allas, jota oli mahdollisuus hyödyntää myöhään iltaan.
