We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and plan to stay again on our return.
Pros:

An excellent room, not overlooked, with superbly comfortable beds and good bathroom

Cons:

The bin plug was fixed part of the basin and therefore could not be placed to prevent water running away, not good for my wet shaving!

CHARME ET CONFORT
Pros:

La situation à deux pas de la place des Terreaux. La grande amabilité du personnel de réception et du restaurant du petit-déjeuner. Les bonnes grosses clés à l'ancienne au lieu de cartes qui marchent une fois sur deux. Le mobilier de très bon goût de la chambre.

Cons:

Les gobelets en carton de la salle de bain ne sont pas dignes d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. La salle des petits-déjeuners manque d'espace quand l'hôtel est complet. Le petit-déjeuner buffet pourrait être amélioré avec des oeufs sur le plat et du bacon.
