beautifil hotel with spacious rooms and a great loaction.
Pros:

great location, good size room, clean and confortable.

Cons:

lift was so small we could get the wheelchair in unless folded and the lift got stuck

Quando você chegar e fizer o check-in, o hotel vai cobrar taxas (caucao) que não estão mencionadas em nenhum lugar no site de reservas, portanto prepare-se para ter seu dinheiro bloqueado ate o seu check-out. Para algumas pessoas isso pode parecer obvio, mas é um hotel que recebe pessoas de outros lugares e culturas, é preciso que isso seja explicado no ato da reserva, pois os atendentes debocham ou (fingem) nao entender. O banheiro é minusculo, completamente desconfortavel. O quarto idem. A unica coisa boa: a localizacao.

C’est un hôtel 2 étoiles simple avec un personnel sympathique

L’emplacement est très bien et le petit déjeuner express qualité prix est très bien aussi, personnel sympathique

Cons:

Ménage moyen et nous avons eu un peu froid, pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain et la chambre n’était pas très chauffée, je l’ai signalé à la fin du séjour, j’aurai du le faire avant nous aurions eu un chauffage d’appoint.

La ubicación era muy céntrica y el personal muy atento (permitieron dejar las maletas más tarde del check-out). La habitación es ligeramente pequeña pero tiene todos los servicios anunciados.

Cons:

No estaba muy aislada con lo que se escuchaban los ruidos de la calle y el pasillo del hotel.

Когда вернусь в Лион, обязательно снова остановлюсь в этом отеле!
Pros:

Понравились подушки, одеяло и сама кровать, удобная душевая.
Также понравилось наличие чайника и двух кружек.
Кроме того, по моему запросу пне предосиавили утюг, а также две тарелки (блюдце и одну глубокую тарелку).

Cons:

Не понравилось, что одеяло заправляют вместе с простынью под матрас. Когда необходимо воспользоваться одеялом, оно вытаскивает за собой простынь. Поэтому приходится снова заправлять и разравнивать простынь.
Еще не понравилось, что в туалете было холодно и скрипел пол.Было слышно, как проживающие в лругих номерах, заходят в свои номера.
