Très bonne experience à l’Hotel des Remparts : bien situé, calme (chambre sur cour intérieure), personnel accueillant et serviable, bon petit déjeuner. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, nous reviendrons volontiers !

Cons:

L'hôtel est situé sur une place beaucoup trop bruyante (trains, bars, cris). Il y a du bruit jusqu'à après minuit et dès 6h du matin. Les fenêtres n'isolent pas assez contre le bruit

Easy location to find and walk from!
Pros:

Location very good. Being across from park and Vi Hugo ~ benefits
Desk attendants were great. Helped with restaurant recommendations etc

Cons:

Elevator slow. Door Cards not reliable.

Pros:

Location is great, it is located in a very central area next to a park, many restaurants around. The staffs are very friendly and helpful in general (especially during the one's evening).

Cons:

There was one afternoon female staff was a bit rude when she receive a small package for me. The others are fantastic.

Air conditioning keeps cutting off every 5 mins.

Pros:

The place is clean, the service is great and the option of having a nice breakfast is handy. I enjoyed my stay a lot and grateful for the experience!

Cons:

The only drawback is that the area is really loud and even at 2-3am there were still some groups of people screaming and whistling. But that is not something the hotel is responsible for.
