Little bit of home in Lyon, best stay ever
Pros:

We stayed here for four days and three nights. It was such a lovely hotel, I can't even begin to describe. It was great that there was always free snacks and water and coffee, etc. All of the staff were the most friendly and the most helpful and the most caring people ever. Alice was amazing and made sure that we were prepared for the day, had everything we needed, called for reservations, called for taxis, and was really like the best guide for the city. Super lovely staff. The room itself was super comfortable; the beds were incredible, like a cloud. Everything was clean; there wasn't anything that we were lacking. Overall, top experience and one of the best hotels that you can stay in in Lyon.

Brilliant hotel
Pros:

Lovely, welcoming staff, bedrooms clean and comfortable. Great location near lots of lovely restaurants and a short walk from the park, station and town.

Exceptionnellement parfait
Pros:

J’adore cet hôtel et c’est pour cela que j’y reviens très souvent. Pour moi, c’est un peu comme une deuxième maison !

Le personnel est exceptionnel, toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins. Lors de mon dernier séjour, j’ai même eu la jolie surprise de découvrir un petit mot personnalisé à mon attention. J’ai trouvé cette attention tellement touchante et adorable.

Le cadre de l’établissement est magnifique, avec une terrasse cachée qui apporte beaucoup de charme et de tranquillité. On s’y sent immédiatement bien.

L’Hôtel Edmond W. est sans aucun doute mon coup de cœur à Lyon et mon hôtel préféré. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Sehr liebenswerte Atmosphäre
Pros:

Wir haben den mehrtägigen Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Obwohl etwas vom Zentrum entfernt, ist die Lage in dem belebten aber ruhigen Viertel wegen der Nähe zu Bahnhof, Metro, Straßenbahn etc. prima. Das Personal war ausnahmslos extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit; es dominiert eine sehr kundenorientierte, angenehme und liebenswerte Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Die Staumöglichkeiten im Zimmer sind überschaubar, aber sonst alles prima.

Convenient and lovely staff
Pros:

Stayed for one night only - walkable distance from the station. Staff super lovely and helpful.

Cons:

We booked a triple room and it was very tight on space… barely enough room for 3 travel suitcases - but typical for city size and good value regardless

It’s very pleasant and memorable stay
Pros:

Good location, train station is within walking distance, there’re also many restaurants not far away. The reception lady is super nice and helpful
