Good location, Helpful and nice staff, but there are things to improve
Pros:

We loved the location, the staff was helpful, especially Alex, breakfast was very good
The cleanliness of the room was excellent and the maids were nice.

Cons:

They did not accommodate our request for early check-in and late check-out. We requested a high floor when booking and were given the 1st floor, the smells from the kitchen came into the room when we went out to the balcony. There was not enough space in the bathroom for our clothes and equipment
The building was under renovation and this was not announced in advance.

Cons:

Бассейн на крыше был недоступен, в отеле был ремонт, администрация отеля не предупредила даже при бронировании, что идет ремонт здания. Мне не удалось нормально поработать, потому что в отеле просто нет тихого места. Номера уже раздолбанные и старые.

Good value and great location
Pros:

Myself husband and son stayed here for the weekend and found the hotel to be good value for money it's in an excellent location for everything we stayed in room 110 there was a mini bar in the room at an extra cost if you ate or drank any of the items whilst we found the room to be small (I think most are in barcelona) it was a little grubby in places ill attach a pic, although it would not stop me rebooking this hotel I would just ask for a different room due to the noise of passers by late at night after their night out we did not eat in the hotel as the breakfast wasn't appealing to us but literally a 1 minute walk to the left of the hotel there is a bakery called 365 the food here is so reasonably priced and very tasty 3 of us ate breakfast sandwiches with a croissant and drinks for 18 euro the same price as 1 breakfast in the hotel and it opens super early we had breakfast shortly after 8am both days join the catalonia rewards when booking as the staff kindly gifted us a free bottle of water both days and a free glass of cava on arrival we didn't get to use the pool as we didn't realise when booking it was closed for refurbishment staff are lovely hotel is clean if your looking for fancy rooms, a nice bar or a lively atmosphere maybe this isn't your hotel but for us it met our needs as we spent very little time in the hotel and ate and drank else where overall we had a brilliant weekend and will return to the catalonia gracia based on the price and location

Pros:

It's a good place near some nice shopping areas

Cons:

They did not serve dinner on the day I arrived, it was a Monday, I had to go outside to find dinner and I was too tired from a long flight. In addition, I think their rooms are getting a bit old, some of the lights in the bathroom were not working.
