Le personnel vraiment très professionnel et sympathique part contre une seul personne parler français
Alors dans chambre ou l'on étais la climatisation faisait beaucoup de bruit heureusement que lon avais prix des bouchons oreilles pour dormir.
Et dans la chambre de mes enfants ils ont été réveillé part le bruit des travaux qui étaient effectués dans une chambre.

Within walking distance to the major landmarks but away from the tourist crowds, safe neighborhood, the room sufficiently met our needs👍🏻
The location was good. Room was good as well. The staff who check us in was ver nice he let us check in early as the room was ready.
The hotel lobby smells like drain or rubbish. It was stink. One of the staff, not sure who he was, supervisor or manager, a bit older guy, told us off because we left our suitcase near the couch behind us while we just about to give them our passport and checking for the payment. I think it’s just the way he said it was a bit shocking with very loud voice in the middle of the lobby area. He basically said that we shouldn’t leave our suitcase by itself, when they know it’s belong to us, a bit weird, maybe he just worry about people might steal it? Weird first impression and because of that we did not interact with any of the staff at all after check in.

I did not receive the king-size bed I booked, and the hotel failed to honor my other requests. My room was on a low floor with a window facing a brick wall, resulting in a very disappointing stay
