Cons:

It wasn’t really clean as for example even on the toilet flush button there was dust + swimming pool is really small. Doesn’t really look like a 4* hotel.

Catalonia Gracia helped make my visit to Barcelona wonderful!
Pros:

The staff, especially Alex, helped me, a 78-year old woman traveling alone in a foreign country, with all my needs and requests. I felt very welcome and at home.

Cons:

The lack of washcloths, not just hand towels and bath towels (which were of high quality). But I have traveled enough outside the United States to understand that this is common in most hotels.

Ottimo Hotel in posizione strategica
Pros:

L'Hotel è in un'ottima posizione tra la metro Verde ed una fermata della Gialla. Le stanze confortevoli, il letto comodo, bagno spazioso, doccia molto grande e super accessoriata.

Cons:

L'odore dei sifoni del bagno. Abbiamo anche detto alla reception di fare qualcosa, ma purtroppo non c è stato nulla da fare, la puzza si sentiva ogni qualvolta ci si recava nel bagno.
