Excellent stay.
Pros:

Excellent location, couldn’t be more central to attractions, cafes and historic buildings. Super friendly staff and great with our dog.
Parking off site but relatively close and hotel informed them we were on our way.
Overall a great option for Salamanca.

Cons:

La climatizacion de la habitación ya que los aires supuestamente eran centrales y no te dejaban bajar la temperatura para tu sentirte comodo dentro de la habiatacion y la solución que nos dieron fue que abriesemos la ventana de la habiatacion y la zona de la piscina que aunque no esté en uso debería estar limpia y estaba toda llena de suciedad y mierda de paloma 🕊

Bien situado y habitación confortable.

Cons:

Admiten mascotas. Nos tocó un perro al lado del cuarto que ladró raro porque lo dejaron solo. Muy amablemente nos atendieron por esta incidencia en la recepción, nos cambiaron de habitación y muy bien, pero este hecho nos incomodó bastante. Ir a descansar y encontrarte con un perro ladrando durante media hora al lado de tu cuarto es algo que no te puedes creer cuando vas a un lugar a descansar. Insisto en que el personal lo resolvió una vez bajamos a la recepción, pero es una situación que deja mal sabor.
