Overall, everything was wonderful, and I would happily stay here again!
Pros:

We had a perfect stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and Marbella’s charming Old Town. The room, service, and overall experience were exactly what we expected from a hotel of this standard.

Cons:

If I had to mention one small thing, the fragrance used in the common areas, especially the hallways, was quite strong and not entirely to my taste.

Cons:

Labai prasta komunikacija su personalu. Davė korteles sutikimo CAVA vyno taurėms, pasakė, kad galėsim pasiimti restorane, restoranas pradėjo siuntinėti į roofbar. O ten nedirbo. Nemaloni patirtis. Mergina registratūroje labai nemaloni, atrodė, kad mes jai trukdom sėdėt. Pusryčiai tikrai ne 4 žvaigždučių, prastoki. Bet benedikto kiaušinis buvo skanus. Kambaryje nėra stiklinių. Vandenį teko gerti iš puodukų

Perfect location:

Very close to the beach and the old town. Everything is within walking distance.

Fresh & Clean: The hotel is modern, new, and well-maintained.

Helpful staff: The team is very friendly and accommodating. When I asked to change my room due to a noisy fan, they helped me move immediately.

Good breakfast: Standard but nice breakfast to start the day.

Cons:

There is a very strong scent spray in the hallways. The smell is okay, but it’s too intense if you have allergies.
My first room faced the inner courtyard. It was noisy at times and felt a bit depressing since you couldn't see the street. Also, the bathroom fan in that room was too loud (though the AC/fan in the second room worked much better).

A nice modern hotel in a great spot with very helpful staff. Just keep these details in mind if you are sensitive to noise or strong smells.
