Susana the receptionist was so kind and helpful, very welcoming on our arrival. All the staff at the reception were very good.

Cons:

The pool was disappointing. From the photos it looks like a normal sized pool on the rooftop, but it is in fact only one narrow strip of water big enough for 2-3 people.

Really good location, friendly staff and was kept clean.
The hotel remembered it was my birthday and put a card and balloons in my room which was a really nice touch
