I would rate this hotel 8 out of 10. The location is fantastic, as there is no road between the hotel and the beach. Instead, there is a lovely promenade with many cafés and shops, which creates a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
The room was very good. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, and the room was cleaned every day. We paid a little extra and got a room with an additional sofa on the top floor and a beautiful sea view. The hotel also has a well-equipped fitness room and several attractive areas where you can relax.
The food was simply excellent. Every day there were at least three different kinds of fish, along with many other delicious dishes. There was always a large selection of fresh fruit available. In the evenings, there was sometimes live music.
The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from the metro station, where you can take a train to Málaga and other cities. Besides the promenade, if you walk a little further into town, you will find other charming streets with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and small shops.
The beach is very clean, and the seabed is sandy, making it comfortable for swimming.
We would also like to thank the staff for their hard work and care, especially the head administrator, who kindly helped us resolve our problem during our stay and made our experience much more pleasant.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to have lunch at the hotel, which can be a bit challenging if you are not very hungry in the morning. We generally prefer an all-inclusive option, but that is, of course, a matter of personal preference.
We were a little disappointed with the hotel's restaurant area. It could benefit from renovation and better soundproofing, especially when there are many guests with children. The dining area is an important part of any hotel experience because you spend time there every day, so a comfortable atmosphere matters a lot.
