Important information temporary restriction:
From 9th December 2025, the hotel’s swimming pool and terrace area will be closed for approximately four weeks for a complete renovation of the terrace and landscaping of the solarium area. These improvements are part of our commitment to enhancing the comfort and experience of our guests. Although some machinery will be used, the work will be scheduled to minimize disruption. No work will take place on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day, and schedules will be adjusted to reduce the impact on guests as much as possible.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The decor
I have been going for years however this year they participated in a festival. For those guests that hadn’t purchased festival tickets, they were declined entry to the bar and the terrace on the only day of sunshine. This was not stated anywhere when booking. UNACCEPTABLE

Clean spacious hotel in good location with varied and interesting food
The pool area was closed due to renovation work. Other work was being done on part of the building. None of this was mentioned when booking. The sports bar was also closed with only the function room bar open and there were long waits to get served. All of the equipment in the gym is broken and was last year when we stayed. Check-in is at 2pm but we had to wait in reception until 3pm.

Room was very clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast was amazing lots of choice hot or cold available. The Rockin Race was on and this hotel hosted it for the first time. My brother sang and played as the first act in this hotel. It was an iconic moment and we hope to return. Staff friendly helpful in all areas
The Rockin Race Festival was the first held at this hotel and there was a number limit in the room where the band were playing. This meant there was a queue of people awaiting to go into the room but because the number had reached the limit they were being stopped. This problem was sorted by the second act and a dividing wall between rooms was removed to take more people in
