Above and Beyond
Pros:

Very impressed with the ethics, integrity and the commitment to service of the overall staff at the facility. My brother-in-law and his wife were also travelling with us and had a separate room. My sister-in-law left her diamond bracelet in the room and only discovered she did later in the day we checked out while we were in Geneva. I called the hotel and spoke to Cristiano (apologies if I misspelled the name) who confirmed they found the bracelet, and worked with us to arrange a taxi service delivery from Chamonix to Geneva. I called a little after 20;00 hours and we had the bracelet in our possession in Geneva by 22:30. This experience made me realize the level of service, care and integrity a flawless facility can provide to customers.

Superior accommodation
Pros:

The service, the amenities, the location, and the ambience were superb. Really you cannot do better than this in Chamonix. The rich heritage of the place has been preserved and the quality of the operation is excellent.

La ubicación, el entorno, las instalaciones, los servicios.

Cons:

La temperatura. Hacía muchísimo calor. Teníamos que dormir con la ventana abierta y el ruido dificultó un poco el descanso. Se tiene que poder regular l temperatura de manera manual. Y la temperatura que tenían en el resto del hotel estaba demasiado alta.
Se escuchaba cuando limpiaban las habitaciones.

Exceptional stay
Pros:

Truly exception stay, with personal touches throughout. We felt well looked after from the minute we arrived, and all the staff (without exception) did the hotel proud. The location is wonderful, close enough to everything while feeling private.

Spring Ski Trip
Pros:

What a great trip with family and friends to Chamonix! We were lucky enough to stay at this Relais & Chateaux property, which was the best. The location, amenities, staff and incredible food made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!! **And we loved the piano player! :)

Exceptional
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is exceptional--the location, the spa, the restaurants, and the spacious and well-appointed rooms. But the pièce de résistance is the service--everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to meet our every request. The pictures online do not do it justice. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Such a lovely stay

We can only say wonderful things about our experience.

The hotel is incredibly cozy and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The complementery shuttle service to the ski areas was amazing.

Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Chamonix, within walking distance to restaurant and shops.

We can only highly recommend Hotel Le Hameau Albert 1er and would happily stay here again on our next visit. Truly an amazing experience!
