La temperatura. Hacía muchísimo calor. Teníamos que dormir con la ventana abierta y el ruido dificultó un poco el descanso. Se tiene que poder regular l temperatura de manera manual. Y la temperatura que tenían en el resto del hotel estaba demasiado alta.
Se escuchaba cuando limpiaban las habitaciones.
Truly exception stay, with personal touches throughout. We felt well looked after from the minute we arrived, and all the staff (without exception) did the hotel proud. The location is wonderful, close enough to everything while feeling private.
What a great trip with family and friends to Chamonix! We were lucky enough to stay at this Relais & Chateaux property, which was the best. The location, amenities, staff and incredible food made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!! **And we loved the piano player! :)

Almost everything, in particular the shuttle.
The hot tub was luke warm at best.
Everything about this hotel is exceptional--the location, the spa, the restaurants, and the spacious and well-appointed rooms. But the pièce de résistance is the service--everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to meet our every request. The pictures online do not do it justice. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel is incredibly cozy and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The complementery shuttle service to the ski areas was amazing.
Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Chamonix, within walking distance to restaurant and shops.
We can only highly recommend Hotel Le Hameau Albert 1er and would happily stay here again on our next visit. Truly an amazing experience!
I travelled for the weekend. We mostly had a spa weekend and a bit of hiking around Chamonix. It was a great expereince and we loved the place.
I love this hotel - 2nd time back. I wish they had a more diverse food and beverage program.
