Da Vista, o hotel é bonito e tem ótima acomodação.

Cons:

Acredito que a forma como é tratado e com a energia dos funcionários faz com que a acomodação e a experiência fiquem completas.Senti falta disso, fez com que a minha expectativa nao tenha sido atendida.

Superbe mis à part un massage qui n'était clairement pas à la hauteur du standing de l'établissement
Cons:

J’ai réservé un massage pour ma compagne dans le cadre de son anniversaire. La prestation ne m'a clairement pas semblé à la hauteur de l'établissement...
Le massage, annoncé pour 45 minutes, a duré moins de 40 minutes. Aucune question préalable n’a été posée concernant les préférences (pression, huiles, zones à éviter, enceinte ou non), alors que cela fait généralement partie de ce type de service.
Ma compagne, habituée à ce type de prestation, a eu le sentiment que la qualité du massage était en deçà de ce qui est habituellement proposé particulièrement dans des établissements de ce niveau.
J’ai partagé ce retour avec la personne à l’accueil, qui devait faire le point avec son manager et revenir vers moi, mais nous ne nous sommes pas recroisé avant notre départ.
Une expérience globalement décevante au regard du positionnement de l’établissement malgré un séjour qui s'est pour le reste parfaitement déroulé.
