Pros:

H θέα από τον 7 όροφο , όπου υπήρχε η αίθουσα του πρωινού .

Cons:

Ο χώρος ψυχαγωγίας δεν είχε καμία σχέση με παιδότοπο . Ηλεκτρονικά παιχνίδια με έξτρα χρέωση και καθόλου κατάλληλα για παιδιά μικρής ηλικίας . Στον χώρο αυτόν είχαν πρόσβαση και άτομα εκτός αυτών που διέμεναν στο ξενοδοχείο οπότε δεν ήταν ασφαλές να αφήσεις τα παιδιά μόνα τους . Επίσης , έπρεπε να ορίσεις από πριν συγκεκριμένη ώρα για την πρόσβαση στο spa .

Pros:

Great location and amazing staff.. also great breakfast and great facilities for kids.

Cons:

The room was a bit small.. there was no space to open our luggages.

Pros:

Property was fantastic. So clean. Location was perfect. Views of the mountains were breathtaking every morning. 4-5 minute walk to centre of the town. There was also ski rental available in hotel (discounted if a guest) and bus stop to nearest resort is only a minute or two walk! Staff were really nice and friendly. The complimentary spa access each day was a bonus!

No complaints here.

Very friendly staff but room standard a bit below expectations for the price

Very friendly and Helpful staff

Cons:

The room standard and amenities provided should be a bit better for the price - for example proper slippers. Also might be worth adding humidifier as it gets very dry in the room.

Pros:

La vue et la chambre très bien.

Cons:

Le premier jour le spa était sale et sentait mauvais. 1 jacuzzi sur deux hors service. Être à 4 dans un jacuzzi étais inacceptable. Heureusement le lendemain j’ai été tôt le matin et on avait nettoyé. A éviter le soir.

Bel établissement bien situé en plein cœur de ville , personnel sympathique et à l’écoute du client .
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal en plein centre-ville.
Petit déjeuner au top , buffet le soir excellent , chambres tout à fait correctes et belle terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur le Mont Blanc .

Cons:

Salle de bain trop petite pas assez de rangement .
Idem dans la chambre ,penderie pas assez grande . Bien pour 2 jours seulement !!! Un peu bruyant le soir on entend la musique de la rue et les passants (chambre côté rue ) vue montagne .
