Très bon séjour avec les enfants. Trés bon restaurant avec vue sur le Mont-Blanc! Super emplacement.
Pros:

L’accueil chaleureux. Personnel agréable.

La chambre avec vue du mont-blanc est super. Chambre tres cozy et bien équipée (mini frigo, machine à café avec capsule, bouilloire, coffre, du savon pour se laver). Lit confortable. Les enfants (2 & 5 ans) ont aimé.

Le restaurant : nous avons pris formule demi pension. Ce sont des buffets matin et soir. Le petit déjeuner sympa avec tous ce qu’il faut (oeufs, bacon, saumon, croissants, pancakes, crepe, lait vegetal, jus d’orange, etc…). Le diner était tres bon, beaucoup de choix qui change chaque soir (magret de canard, gambas, sauté de veau, grillade, poisson). Pour les enfants, poulet frit avec frites. Au 7e étage avec vue sur mont-blanc.

L’emplacement est idéale en plein centre, pas loin de la gare ( 10 mins a pied)ni des petites pistes de ski ( 5 mins a pied). A 10/15 mins a pied du domain des Planards : jeux pour enfants, luge alpine coaster, ski, autres.

Materiel de ski : il y a une boutique à l’hotel. Pour les enfants, il y avait tout (casque, bottes de ski, ski, luge). Un casier pour ranger les skis.

Tres bon séjour de 6 jours. Je recommend vivement cet hotel.

Cons:

Concernant le canapé lit, il n’était pas fait. On a dû faire le lit. Il aurait pu être fait.

Le spa sous reservation (je comprend il y a du monde donc il faut limité).

A good location for a sking trip, located close to the main transport links.
Pros:

Very well situated in the middle of town. Clean and tidy

Cons:

Small rooms, very slow lifts. Staff jot particularly knowledgeable about resort.

Great location and family friendly
Pros:

Love this hotel for our family during ski trips. The hotel is very convenient and kids friendly. There is a game room and staff are so kind. There is a shop to rent ski equipment and lookers for each room to store your gear. The restaurant has great options and amazing views.

Cons:

Can be a bit noisy at night if you're on lower floors.

Cons:

Par rapport du niveau de l’hôtel le petit déjeuner est très / trop simple.

magical stay with unforgettable mountain views and an incredible atmosphere
Pros:

Honestly, the place is stunning. The location is right in the center, which made everything very convenient, and the balcony view was absolutely breathtaking overlooking the mountains like something out of a movie. The breakfast experience was exceptional as well, it was served on the seventh floor in a fully glass surrounded space with panoramic mountain views. It was truly one of the most beautiful hotel experiences I’ve had, and I highly recommend it.
