Beautiful memories encapsulated for our family.
Pros:

We loved how well placed the hotel was but also all the amenities it provided. The breakfast buffet was quite rich and offered everything. We stayed almost a week and did not get bored of breakfast. The quality of food was great, too. There is also an open lounge bar downstairs which was perfect for watching the world cup, and also next to it is a small arcades which was perfect for a rainy afternoon with the kids.
The spa is incredible! The sauna is huge, and there are also 2 jacuzzis overlooking the beautiful alps.
The staff were very accommodating and always listened to any queries we had.

Cons:

As we stayed there almost a week, the room cleanliness could have been paid more attention to. But the housekeeping staff were always there to assist when we needed anything.

Cons:

Para celíacos solo opción de un panecillo en el desayuno que además lo sirven sin tener en cuenta la contaminación cruzada. Creo que un hotel así debería contemplar opciones sin gluten
