Staff were great. Location great but hotel needs full refurbishment to be worth the money.
Pros:

Location was excellent and there was elements of the furnishings which were clearly new and pleasant.

Cons:

It was opposite a site which was being reconstructed and we weren’t aware of that. Also the communal areas were not refurbished and quite worn. It was also noisy when people were moving around. I think for the price we paid it was quite overpriced.

Lovely Hotel, great town, return trip on the cards.
Pros:

Hotel location ideal, in centre of town with all facilities/bars/restaurants within couple of minutes walk. Ski-lifts within 10 minute walk if you go via the patisserie for coffee and croissant.
Staff very friendly and welcoming, room we had was more than sufficient as out all day so no need for full on suite, did not use the breakfast facilities as grabbed a cheaper alternative when out and about. They do have a sweetie jar in reception which we used every day. Arrived early so they're more than happy to keep luggage whilst we toured area and midday checkout helped.

Cons:

Some noise from people outside late at night but nothing to complain about, people enjoying themselves.

Pros:

Always great to arrive at this gem in the center of Chamonix. Even now when the hotel has changed ownership it is great. The new staff very accommodating and helpful 😀I have been coming to this hotel since the eighties and will continue to do so❤️

A bad experience, and I will never repeat it.
Pros:

I didn't really like anything, except the hotel's location.

Cons:

The rooms are very small and filthy; there was hair and cobwebs in the corners and dust. The soundproofing is poor, and there's a bar downstairs, so I couldn't sleep at night. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were of poor quality. There's no parking available, and they didn't tell me this until after I had booked and paid. The money is non-refundable.

Incroyable.
Pros:

Le personnel très accueillant et de bon conseil. Chambres très aérée et lumineuse. Localisation parfaite. Nous avons rencontré un problème de chauffage, le personnel a résolu le problème dans la journée.
