Pros:

La localisation est le point fort de l'hotel. Le logement avait l'ambiance d'un chalet. Il y a une fenêtre en toiture qui permet de voir le ciel de la mezzanine.

Cons:

Je pensais qu'il y aurait une séparation physique des lits (plusieurs salles). En fait c'est fait plus pour une famille. La salle de bien est peut-être un peu trop petite.

Pros:

On the day of arrival we were told room would be ready in one hour. After return back we were told that reservation was cancelled by Booking.com. There were no hotels available in the Chamonix for that week. Hotel overbooked us and then staff was not helpful and was not telling us the truth. Booking.com did not have any accommodation in 25 mile radius so we had to walk around and find two separate hotels for our stay for much higher price.

Cons:

Not trustworthy
Overbooking can happen but their response to the problem they created was unacceptable

Staff were great. Location great but hotel needs full refurbishment to be worth the money.
Pros:

Location was excellent and there was elements of the furnishings which were clearly new and pleasant.

Cons:

It was opposite a site which was being reconstructed and we weren’t aware of that. Also the communal areas were not refurbished and quite worn. It was also noisy when people were moving around. I think for the price we paid it was quite overpriced.
