Kiváló elhelyezkedes, bőséges reggeli és vacsora, extra kedves és figyelmes személyzet. Jobb szobát kaptunk, mint amit foglaltunk. A szoba kivételesen nagy méretű volt, más hotelszobákhoz képest.

Comfortable unpretentious hotel. Rooms comfortable and staff very pleasant and helpful. Good location on the seafront. Food excellent though the self service restaurant can be very busy. Pool good but garden a bit small. Sea views and access to the town very easy. Locl buses come to the adjacent plaza. Architecture and lay out a bit dated but the staff and other facilities more than make up for this. Good value.

We had a lovely room on the 10th floor overlooking the sea. We found all the staff to be very friendly. The restaurant staff worked extremely hard to clear tables and maintain the buffet. Food was plentiful and varied. The entrecote steak in particular was cooked to perfection as was the Hake. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and would have no hesitation in returning.

Stayed for 4 nights after a cruise & having read some of the bad reviews I wasn’t expecting to enjoy the hotel as much as we did. The staff are fantastic & very friendly. The food was varied each day & selection good although not overly hot. The restaurant could get very busy & the older Spanish guests would jostle & be very rude. Not a pleasant dining experience at all so we chose to eat out each night. Their rudeness & entitlement is not the fault of the hotel. Prices of drinks extremely reasonable & the evening entertainment hotel was surprisingly good each night. The pool lifeguard kept the area tidy & always rearranged the beds after use but he was very over zealous with the “no saving” of sunbeds. He would put notices on your bed within minutes of leaving it even to go to toilet. I totally agree with the concept of him not allowing people to save beds unnecessary but there must be a better way to police it. On the whole this is a very nice Spanish hotel & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it

Hotellet har en vacker, grön innergård med soffgrupper. Poolområdet är fint med en poolbar. Aktiviteter som sällskapsspel, quiz och boule fanns tillgängliga dagligen. På kvällarna fanns det även live music. Baren i foajén hade en generösa happy hour erbjudanden på kvällen. Rummet var alltid välstädat och sängen var bekväm.

This was our second trip to the Catalonia Las Vegas Hotel and we had a great time.
The hotel's location is excellent, on the waterfront in Puerto De La Cruz. We could hear the ocean from our room.
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are basic but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It rained one evening we were there so we stayed in and watched a movie, there is a great selection of TV channels.
The pool area is well kept, there is a garden area that is very relaxing if you feel like reading a book and having a coffee.
We stayed on a full board basis, the food was excellent. There was plenty of choice at every meal, and the food was tasty. My favourites were the roast beef, the tuna steaks , the cheese selection, my husband liked the calamari, and the salad choices.
The staff were professional and friendly. Working with the public can be a very demanding job , but the staff always had time for a chat or to answer a question. Carmen in the beauty salon was a pleasure while the staff in the restaurant and at reception were always helpful. We are already planning our next visit.

Pros.... Great location. Staff work hard. Large bedrooms. Outside sitting areas are very pretty.

Cons....at dinner the quality of the food, particularly the meats & fish are really poor. We felt like we were in a canteen and opted to eat out after a few nights. Our room felt damp. The window was running with condensation every morning and mould in the bathroom, our clothes felt damp after a few days. The tv stand was broken but quickly fixed when reported. Pool area was tired and sun beds were badly stained. It wasnt the 4 star hotel we expected.
