Absolutely stunning panoramic ocean views from the 10th-floor balcony. Delicious and varied breakfast. Attentive staff.

If you are vegetarian, you will have trouble to eat (at dinner, breakfast is kinda okay). Almost everything contains meat or fish.
One night a huge cockroach was walking in our room. The room and all hotel seemed clean, so I don't think it's a sign of bad cleaning, just something that happens in that area...

Amazing hotel staff were so approachable and caring especially that me and my wife are pure vegetarian and they always went out there way to cater for us we would highly recommend this hotel and it's only a few mins walk to the beach and bars
The plus point was they did a off the menu for our 2 year wedding anniversary. Which was so thoughtful 😀😀😀😀😀😀😭😭😀🎉🎉🎉🎉

O único senão é o estacionamento. Sendo uma zona central é difícil estacionar. Mas a funcionária do hotel, gentilmente indicou um parque de estacionamento gratuito prai a 500 metros.

Great location in centre of resort. Basic accommodation, but good value for money . Always able to find something good to eat in restaurant. Food plentiful and drinks inexpensive. Lovely view of snow on mountains from balcony. No air conditioning but not a problem in the winter months. A fan on ceiling if needed. Entertainment every night depending on your taste. 20 min walk to bus station, had an interesting day out in Santa Cruz.
