Chambre au rez-de-chaussée : trop de bruit à proximité de la chambre ; difficultés à dormir alors qu'on prend un hôtel pour justement pouvoir dormir en paix ; chambre qui cherche la rentabilité plutôt que la satisfaction client. Si je me base uniquement sur cette chambre, je ne comprends pas les trois étoiles attribuées à l'établissement, et j'en suis désolé.
