Très déçu par mon séjour à l’Hôtel Continental.

On m’a demandé de payer la chambre une seconde fois le lendemain, ce qui est totalement inacceptable, surtout dans le cadre d’un déplacement professionnel.

De plus, j’avais besoin d’imprimer un dossier important, mais l’imprimante était inutilisable faute d’encre.

Enfin, j’ai demandé un café à emporter, mais l’établissement n’avait même pas de gobelets disponibles.

Ces manquements montrent un sérieux manque d’organisation et de professionnalisme. Je ne remettrai pas les pieds dans cet hôtel et je ne le recommande pas.

Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant. La chambre était propre, la salle de bain aussi. Le lit était confortable, les oreilles également.
Tout s'est très bien passé.

Malgré le réveil intempestif de 2 heure du matin, hôtel agréable et personnel professionnel.
Pros:

Personnel à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner parfait. Hôtel en plein coeur de la ville.

Cons:

La clientèle bruyante qui à 2 heure du matin se croit en plein jour, et cela malgré une pancarte invitant à ne pas faire de bruit la nuit.
